"Vera took care of our Afro, Anna and Kobi while we were away for 3 days. She was willing to prepare their special meal of shredded boiled prawns, which meant as a treat for them while we are away as its their favourite food. We are truly grateful to Vera for going the extra mile which was to come back to our place to find Afro, as Afro was hiding the first time she made her visit. "I hired her while I was traveling, and she did a good job taking care of my cat. She was kind and sent me videos of my cat during her visits, which I appreciated. There was one instance when my cat vomited shortly after eating. Even though she had finished her work for the day, she kindly came back to feed my cat again. Overall, I was satisfied with her service and would recommend her to others looking for a pet sitter."

Val was an amazing sitter! She took excellent care of my cats while I was away for 9 days and sent me photos and videos every day. In the past, when I boarded my cats elsewhere, they would come home acting differently. But this time, thanks to Val, they were their usual selves when I returned. "Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. If I ever go away again, I will definitely ask Lyra to take care of my cats. She is the best and I can fully recommend her to any cat owners. "

"Yao and Kelvin are very friendly and nice people, when I travel they come to take care of our three babies. They will watch the cat very carefully, like how many food they eat and water they drink, also give good suggestions. Most of the time they stay and play with them more then one hour, and send very nice photos and videos, like a professional photographer! I am very happy to have Yao and Kelvin to help us to take of our cats, highly recommend!!!"

"I’m truly grateful for Cathy’s service. It was exactly what I had hoped for, and her ability to handle unexpected situations gave me great confidence in her. Without a doubt, I would use her service again.
What I appreciated the most was her detailed updates when unexpected situations arose. She kept me well informed, allowing us to respond together rather than feeling helpless from a distance.
To be honest, it took me a long time to trust a pet sitter again. For years, I avoided leaving my cat in anyone else’s care, even skipping trips with my family. A past experience made me realize that no matter how much someone loves animals, experience matters far more when it comes to pet sitting. That’s why I chose Cathy. Her experience with senior cats, especially administering IV fluids, was a key factor in my decision.
Cats are sensitive creatures, and no matter how well-prepared we are, there are always risks when leaving them in someone else’s care. But Cathy handled everything with professionalism and care, and I am incredibly grateful for that. From the meet & greet to the assignment of taking care of your pets, he was always committed and professional to stay attentive to my furry pets. He always sent great photos and videos updates when he was taking care of my pets.
The kids warmed up to him fast and his natural parental instincts and love for cats really helped to ensure my pets resonate with him well with trust and connection.
