"I was a 1st timer leaving my cat for a 2 week holiday, needless to say I was worried. However, having Riz as my cat sitter had given me a peace of mind. Riz is responsive, meticulous, dependable, punctual and hard working cat sitter. My family and I were so glad to have Riz as our cat sitter to take care of our 6 month old kitten. Our cat, Chill, has started to show his belly to Riz during Riz's first few visits! Riz constantly updated us on our cat's development while we were away, despite her super busy schedule. "MING IS THE BEST CAT SITTER AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANY CAT OWNER! I read all her wonderful reviews on Pawshake and decided to reach out to her and I must say, the reviews are completely accurate! I was stressed and worried about finding a reliable cat sitter for my recent 2 week trip. Ming gave me an absolute peace of mind to travel as I knew my cats were well taken care of. Ming is a genuine animal lover and both my cats love her (even my grumpy senior cat)! Ming is knowledgeable regarding cat behaviour, diets and even medical conditions. She is very observant and will pick up and highlight abnormal symptoms (e.g. drinking more water, vomiting etc) to me. She kept my home very clean and also went above and beyond to help wash a rug which my cat vomited on and also laid a protective plastic sheet on the bed after my cat vomited on the duvet. Ming sends regularly daily updates (photos and videos) and is very responsive with messages. Ming is my forever go to cat sitter from now on and my cats and I are very grateful for her! She is dearly missed by both my cats! "

"Yao and Kelvin are very friendly and nice people, when I travel they come to take care of our three babies. They will watch the cat very carefully, like how many food they eat and water they drink, also give good suggestions. Most of the time they stay and play with them more then one hour, and send very nice photos and videos, like a professional photographer! I am very happy to have Yao and Kelvin to help us to take of our cats, highly recommend!!!"

"I had an amazing experience with Diyana as my pet sitter while I was away in the USA. She took care of my two British Shorthairs, Cottons and Cushions, for a week, and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and thoughtful caretaker.
Not only did she handle all the essential tasks—like feeding them wet food, clearing their litter, and ensuring they were comfortable—but she also readily took on ad-hoc requests, such as resetting my pet cam. She went above and beyond by sending me daily updates with comprehensive pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind.
What truly sets Diyana apart is how much she genuinely engaged with my cats. She played with them extensively, ensuring they were happy and entertained, rather than just doing the bare minimum. "My cat is very cautious and doesn’t warm up to people easily. So, without high expectations, I just looked for a cat sitter who could take care of my cat, and Mingli was perfect. I never expected my cat to wait for Mingli, follow her around, or even communicate with her, as that’s never happened before. But Mingli is truly a special cat sitter, and she made it happen! "Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. "Jennie took such wonderful care of my pets and treated them with genuine love. She visited my home for five days to care for my Labrador and cat, and even before starting the job, she made an effort to thoroughly understand all the necessary details through a preliminary visit. During her time with my pets, she was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to consider things I hadn't even mentioned. She was always punctual and never missed a visit. Whenever she noticed anything unusual with my pets, she immediately contacted me and handled the situation with great care. After each visit, she updated me via WhatsApp with photos, videos, and detailed reports on their well-being. When I returned from my trip, my pets were not only happy and healthy but even seemed better than when I was home—LOL! My wife and I had avoided traveling for years because we worried about leaving our pets, but thanks to Jennie, we were able to enjoy our first vacation in six years with peace of mind.
