When I met for the first time she surprised me with her professionalism, lots of questions about my cat, making notes to make sure she will do exactly what I would like her to do (at the end she did actually way more than what I asked for!)

"Lynette is a wonderful pet sitter! She came over to our house the day before the sit to get to know the cats and where things are kept. During our time away Lynette kept us very well informed of our cats' welfare, through messages, photos and reports on this app, and she really got to know our cats' personalities in a short amount of time. "Highly recommend Faith as a sitter - she is a true cat lover. She followed our feeding instructions well, including putting extra water in the cat food for our cat that does not drink water :)) We also get photos and videos of our cats whenever she visits. Faith even managed to get our most shy cat (Cato) to show his face. And when we ran out of garbage bags for the litter (our fault for forgetting to restock before we left), she still managed well.
We’ve returned to find all our cats healthy and happy :))) Thank you so much to Faith for taking such good care of them for the past week! "

"My wife and I were grateful for Germaine to be our cat sitter. She provided many photos and videos daily, letting us feel safe for our cats.
We were initially concerned that our location might be far from her, but that was not an issue.
She helps to clear the litter box, play with the cats, feed them patiently and even help to water the plants.

"Cathy was awesome and took great care of my cats (and plants), she went the extra mile by coming down physically to my home for a meet-and-greet to get acquainted. They are usually quite skittish but took to Cathy very quickly, which is testament to the way she took care of them. She was also very proactive in keeping us updated with their feedings and pictures, at no point during my holiday did I feel worried that my cats would be lacking in food or interaction.
For sure will be engaging her again for my next trip out of town :)"

"Daniel was a great fit for us. Our cats are very shy but he was extremely patient with them. He took special care to come and visit them before the sitting period and noted down their requirements in detail. During the pet sitting time, he would take special care to spend time with them and make them feel comfortable around him. He communicated with us constantly and let us know in detail how the pets were doing. He also shared reports on Pawshake which also helped us a lot.

"May is by far the BEST cat sitter we have ever had, taking care of our three cats over a 10 day period. She communicated often and took fantastic care of our cats. She managed to bond with all three - one is notoriously difficult to bond with and she cracked him!
