"Jo has been the most fantastic pet sitter for my cat, she is attentive and proactive to his needs and bonded so well with him, which is amazing because my cat is extremely shy and do not take strangers well. She sent me updates regularly and went the extra mile to help water my plant, bringing in my parcels, even cleaned up my bin and my cat's eating area because he's such a messy eater. "Pawshake star is limited to 5 so I will be adding my own 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ too, giving Jing Yi 10 stars total. She is so easy to communicate with, very thoughtful and super lovely to my 7 cats. She is punctual, always provided daily updates with videos and photos and respected my cats when my cats set their boundaries. She is very thoughtful too by confirming things with me that I missed out in my instructions. She even took the time to play with my cats until the cat toy feather RIP. Totally recommend her. "I engaged Nana as my cat sitter while I was overseas earlier this month, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her service. From the very first meeting, she gave me complete peace of mind that my cats would be well cared for in my absence.
True enough, she looked after my two cats, Romeo and Lila, with so much care and provided detailed updates after every visit. They also warmed up to her surprisingly fast, which is a true testament to her gentle, patient nature.
Nana went above and beyond, even helping to clean up my toilet when the cats made a mess. I’m really grateful for her dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend Nana, and I’ll definitely continue engaging her in the future!"

"Celine is very responsible and patient with my cat, my cat loves her. I feel so lucky to have her taking care of my cat while we are away from home.
