"I’m so grateful to have had Jolene as my cat sitter while I was away in Jeju, Korea. She took wonderful care of my cat and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Even when I missed her calls to open the door, she kindly came back again later that night without any complaint. I offered to compensate her extra time, but she was so kind and insisted it wasn’t necessary.
Throughout the entire period, Jolene kept me updated with photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind. She made sure my cat was eating well, peeing and pooing normally, cleaned the litter box, prepared wet food, and even cleaned my cat’s eyes.
Her dedication, patience, and kindness really stood out. I would highly recommend Jolene to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring cat sitter.

"Lily is wonderful to our furkids. She really took note which furbie had soft stools and dry stool. She updates us very regularly. Showered them with her love, care and concern. They grew to love her adores her. The shy ones grew braver. The house is clean and she kept the smell to none.

"She is SUPER nice! She played with our cats, cleaned the litter box, fed them canned food and snacks, refilled and even washed the water dispenser. She also helped take out the trash and vacuumed the litter on the floor, even though we never asked her to do these things. She genuinely went the extra mile to keep the house clean for us.
For the first time, we came back to a super clean house and didn’t have to deal with the usual mess and smell the cats make after a week — it was amazing. She is also very gentle and loving with the cats, and all of them really liked her."

"Jo has been the most fantastic pet sitter for my cat, she is attentive and proactive to his needs and bonded so well with him, which is amazing because my cat is extremely shy and do not take strangers well. "We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Yvonne. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about feline care, and while she may look young, she is genuinely experienced at cat sitting—which immediately put our minds at ease. Beyond her expertise, she is wonderfully kind and friendly, making her a pleasure to work with.
The most telling sign of her skill was how quickly our cat, Bailey, took to her—Bailey was comfortable with Yvonne from the first moment they met.
The care provided was top-notch. Yvonne not only kept Bailey happy and fed, but also took the time to check on her health by monitoring the litter box (poo and pee) and ensuring the area around the food bowls was always kept clean. This meticulous attention to detail truly shows her dedication.
We were also so appreciative of her kindness; she offered to water our indoor plants while we were away, a helpful gesture that shows her willingness to go above and beyond in her care role.

She provided a schedule and timing of her visits, sent me excellent updates on their food, litter, grooming and play time with her video updates, and I felt like I was right there experiencing everything. I had full confidence that my fur kids were being well taken care of, and had total peace of mind. Jing Yi made the extra effort to hand feed (successfully too!) one of my cats on supplements daily, to which I am very thankful for. When grooming or play time, she was cautious and only approached to what they felt comfortable with and never forced any interactions or play.
