"I found Jolene after reading reviews on the Pawshake app. She took great care of my cat, Penny, with a high sense of responsibility. I requested two home visits, and each time she kept me updated with photos and noted anything specific about Penny. Looking at the photos, I could see my cat was much less nervous during the second visit than the first. It made me realize that Jolene is a wonderful cat sitter who truly understands and knows how to care for cats, which I am very grateful for.
When I returned home from my trip, I was thankful once again to see that all of my pet-sitting requests had been perfectly handled.

"Jo has been the most fantastic pet sitter for my cat, she is attentive and proactive to his needs and bonded so well with him, which is amazing because my cat is extremely shy and do not take strangers well. She sent me updates regularly and went the extra mile to help water my plant, bringing in my parcels, even cleaned up my bin and my cat's eating area because he's such a messy eater. "Michelle is a very good dog sitter! She helped me take care of my two doggies, who have very different personalities. One of them is also very clingy, but Michelle made sure they were both well looked after and received lots of love and care.
She also helped hand-feed them to make sure they were eating well. I received regular updates, photos, and videos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away.
I’m really happy with her care, and I will definitely look for her again whenever I need help with my doggies!"

"We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Yvonne. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about feline care, and while she may look young, she is genuinely experienced at cat sitting—which immediately put our minds at ease. Beyond her expertise, she is wonderfully kind and friendly, making her a pleasure to work with.
The most telling sign of her skill was how quickly our cat, Bailey, took to her—Bailey was comfortable with Yvonne from the first moment they met.
The care provided was top-notch. Yvonne not only kept Bailey happy and fed, but also took the time to check on her health by monitoring the litter box (poo and pee) and ensuring the area around the food bowls was always kept clean. This meticulous attention to detail truly shows her dedication.
We were also so appreciative of her kindness; she offered to water our indoor plants while we were away, a helpful gesture that shows her willingness to go above and beyond in her care role.
We returned to a happy and healthy cat. We highly recommend Yvonne and will definitely be rebooking!"
