"had left Elly to Yingying's care and it was definitely a great decision! Yingying was really caring towards Elly and she felt at ease very quickly even though it was her 1st time boarding over there. Yingying and Shiro played so well with Elly, and she got really cosy during board and we were so glad during our vacation!
Yingying also gave us some tips and feedback on Elly which was important, something that we can take note of when Elly is back with us too which shows how much she likes doggos!
We will definitely board Elly with Yingying during our next vacation and will recommend her to anyone who is looking for a caring boarder!!"

"My 5mth old Cavapoo simply enjoyed the 1 week+ stay so much that she was getting upset that she had to be back home / to-reality so quick. 1st time boarding with Sharon, and the experience has been stellar - prompt communication to me is key and this is definitely on-point. Highly recommended!"

"Mukul and his family were very accommodating and friendly. My dog was well loved and taken care of during his stay at Mukul’s place. Knowing that my dog is not sociable with other dogs, he quickly offered to block his dates during that period so that my dog will be comfortable during his stay with them. While my dog was with them, he did not eat and drink well initially and this was flagged out to us immediately. Mukul also offered to feed him alternative food with our permission. Overall it was was a great experience and we would definitely engage his help again if we travel in future."

"We couldn’t be more thrilled to have found Janice to care for our fur baby, Liliana Bean! She gave us updates and photos throughout the day which eased our minds and allowed us to enjoy our holiday. She was very attentive to Lily’s routine and made sure she was as comfortable as possible. Her pups, Bailey and Whiskey are super playful and easy to get along with. "Amanda responded swiftly to my booking. Our meet & greet session was so pleasant. She introduced us to her dog and our dogs bonded instantly! Amanda & her hubby has a very clean& big space for our dog to roam. She listened to our dog’s needs and kindly offered private space for him to nap & eat whenever he needs. Amanda is a conscientious sitter who proactively updates me with heart-warming videos & photos that make my time apart with my dog more bearable. I appreciated her flexibility in pick up & drop off timings. Though my dog is a puppy, he’s huge and can be very excited when out yet she took extra care to make sure that he’s safe while enjoying himself during the walks. Will engage her again. Thank you, Amanda & hubby! Zhou misses all especially Dam Dam!

"Ling was an angel and we couldn't ask for more.
It was a last minute booking during a public holiday weekend and having never boarded our dogs before (hearing horror stories of blinded eyes and tick infestations) we started exploring home-boarding options with the hope to find a loving & intimate environment instead of one that is professional albeit aloof, as we felt that would be the best experience for our furbabies. We of course had our fair share of concerns in the reliability of a more casual environment and had to take a leap of faith but after this experience with Ling I cannot say that we could have made any better decision.
I dropped off the dogs a day before leaving for our holiday and by the time I left, Ling had managed to help us feel completely at ease that our dogs would be in really good care. She proactively made sure she had the information she needed on ours and our dogs' habits and preferences and spammed us with lots of updates and discoveries throughout the day, everyday. She also remained flexible with requests and was more than happy to extend her stay when my return was severely delayed due to unexpected circumstances.
Our babies were returned to us happy and completely exhausted as they had so much more fun with her family and other boarding dogs than at home and I almost felt bad for taking them back from her place. Our hyperactive Italian greyhound puppy and attention craving Pomeranian big baby were chill & calm for days after returning from her place and as busy dog owners we cannot be more grateful.
Big thanks Ling & family for loving our furbabies and their antics - I am convinced your popularity will skyrocket in no time, and when that happens please always be sure to reserve a space for our little ones as I wouldn't want to have them anywhere else. :)"
