"This was our first time using a dog sitter. Elaine communicated all the requirements (provided food and a leash) very clearly and also coordinated the pick up for us. She sent us a video on arrival and was extremely caring and really went the extra mile given our dog has some separation anxiety and needed time to get used to the new surroundings. By the last day of her 4 day stay, we could see that Yuzu was very comfortable and happy with elaine and the other dogs. Beyond that, she was able to accommodate our change in scheduled pick up time without any hassle. Yuzu returned home very happily and furthermore Elaine had even helped to detangle some thick matted knots in her tail that we were having trouble detangling. Elaine really cares about the dogs and even gave Yuzu a shower before returning Yuzu to us. Highly recommend and would definitely use Elaine again if we ever have any needs for dog sitting "

Yong Quan took wonderful care of Sasha girl while we were overseas, and we couldn't have asked for better care. He sent regular updates, got our fussy eater to finish her food, and she came home happy and healthy.
He even checked in afterwards to ask if there was anything he could do better. We'll definitely be leaving Sasha with him again, and we'd recommend him to any dog owner without hesitation. He's caring, reliable and genuinely loves dogs. We'll be booking him again. Highly recommended!

"Last week, we boarded our furkid Miko, with SH & Grace for the first time when we went on vacation for a week. We are really glad for that choice. Both SH and Grace are without doubt a dog lover, responsible and caring. They provide their service just as advertised: "providing a safe, comfortable enviroment while your pet feels right at home, and taking care of him/her with patience and lots of affection like it's her own pet". Grace sent us updates, photos and videos of Miko several times everyday. We could tell that Miko was happy and relaxed. Not only was she comfortable with and adapted well to Grace and the place, she was in fact also very much taken to Grace.
Grace fed Miko and took her for walks according to the schedules she's been used to and this helped her to adapt very quickly, and to our surprise during the last day when we picked up Miko we then realised it has been raining while we were away, and Grace has even brought Miko out during those wet days in order for her to ease herself (where I did mention to her earlier that Miko wasn't that used to pee/poo at home); while this is only an example, through pics/videos/responses we have received we can also feel that overall Grace has truly paid great attention to what I have casually told her, and tried making all effort to give what suits Miko the most, to ensure Miko feels comfortable while staying with them, something which we are so grateful that both of them truly treated Miko like their own furkid, as that really helps us in having less worries for her and able to enjoy our holiday.
Miko was also allowed to move around the house freely, and they would spend time to play with her to keep her spirit up. Another important plus point is that Grace kept Miko very clean. Usually, I would bathe Miko immediately after every boarding. But this time my finger got infected while on vacation so I had to give the bath a pass, when I'm very glad that Miko is still as clean as when we left her with the family. I think we have finally found the right place. We will surely board Miko with SH/Grace again. Thank you very much, SH/Grace - we really appreciate your excellent service!

"So glad and fortunate that we found Natalie and her husband to look after our 8-year-old Pomsky, Joy, for a week. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, took great care of her, and kept us updated regularly, which gave us plenty of peace of mind.
They also have two friendly dogs of their own and a spacious home, which I really liked as I thought it would be nice for Joy to have some canine company for a change. During her stay, they treated Joy just like part of the family, even giving her nutritious treats, and she seemed really comfortable and settled with them.
I also really appreciated that they offered an additional pick-up and drop-off service. It made everything so much more convenient and saved us from having to arrange separate pet transport.
Thank you so much, Natalie and husband, for taking such wonderful care of Joy! We’re really happy to have found you both."

I was quite worried about leaving my Pom for the first time to another new sitter as i have bad experience on the previous one, but from the moment I met them, I felt my fur baby was in caring and trustworthy hands. Throughout the stay, my pom was safe, well cared for, and looked genuinely happy and relaxed.
When I picked her up, she was healthy, cheerful, and clearly comfortable, which gave me so much peace of mind. It’s obvious they treated her with patience, kindness, and lots of love, just like their own pet.

"Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. He sent updates throughout the stay that keep my nerves at bay and comfortable knowing my dog is in good hand. Having Sophie and the other dogs around was awesome too, as my puppy needs to socialize.
