"Our beagle Kai had a wonderful time with William and Scout. William was incredibly responsive at all times and we received daily updates during Kai's stay. We could tell Kai felt very comfortable in his surroundings and took easily to William, who exceeded all our expectations and even helped advance Kai's training in certain areas throughout the boarding period. Kai barely wanted to leave when it was time for pickup. "

"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"We couldn't have been more pleased with the care Tashia and Mama Yang provided for our dogs, Ember and Enuka, during our holiday. "Meena and her family looked after our senior golden retriever while we spent time with family overseas. We are so grateful to have found such a kind, caring and attentive dog sitter who made our Stella feel so at home. Throughout the stay, Meena kept us updated daily with photos and videos. We could see first hand how well Stella was being cared for.

"Noi, her hubby Nic and their daughter have a great home and they treated my dog Ming like their own for 9 days. "We boarded our corgi puppy with Angela in April for 6 days and she and her hubby (Luis) have been the best care takers ever! Though our 8mth old puppy was super cheeky and always wanted to disturb their dogs, as well as bite anything that he sees, she still treated him really well. You can see that they both really have a golden heart for animals esp when we saw how they took great care of their own pets. She even prepared daily delicious food for my pup and my pup lovedddd it. They also make sure they brought him for walks frequently and when he came home he was always so exhausted but happy. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to board their pets here because they both provide immaculate service 👍🏼"

"I don't normally post reviews online but this was my first time boarding Lola and I must say, I'm very satisfied with the service. I was initially panicky and apprehensive because I had to make a urgent last minute booking and didn't have time for a meet & greet, but Lynne patiently answered all my questions and concerns. She was incredibly accommodating with the timings for my impromptu trip, which seriously saved me.
What really stood out to me was Lynne's attention to detail and proactive updates. She took time to ask about Lola's routine, habits, and preferences and even made detailed notes to ensure Lola felt right at home. It was clear there and then that Lynne is incredibly meticulous and invested in Lola's comfort. Without me asking, Lynne also sent frequent photos, videos, and messages, reassuring me that Lola was happy and well-cared for. I can tell that Lynne and her family showered Lola with lots of love and playtime during her stay there. Additionally, Lynne helped reinforce habits of Lola's that I wanted to adjust, which I was thankful for.
I'm really grateful that I found Lynne despite my booking being last minute. I'll definitely look for Lynne again for her services and will recommend her to anyone who's looking for someone trustworthy and caring."

"I can't say enough good things about Matt as a dog sitter. From our initial communication before booking to updates throughout my dog's stay via WhatsApp with frequent photo and video updates, Matt's communication was exceptional. It was clear how happy my dog was under his care. Matt ensured my dog had solid walks, plenty of playtime and cuddles, and even provided homemade dog food for a small fee, which my dog loved. His house is spacious and has a resort-like feel, providing a comfortable environment. Matt's fun personality and evident love for animals make him a standout choice. I highly recommend him, and my baby can't wait to vacay with Matt again!"

"I recently had the pleasure of having Mama Peggy pet sit my Shiba Inu, Xin Le, for three nights, and I couldn't be more delighted with her services. From the initial correspondence, she was incredibly professional and responsive. She arranged a meet and greet at her house to ensure that Xin Le would be comfortable with her and her home environment. During our chat, I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge of dog care. She even gave me some fantastic advice on organic food, which I adopted immediately.
Mama Peggy is truly a dog whisperer; she understands dog personalities exceptionally well. While I was away, she took excellent care of Xin Le, providing regular updates and photos of how he was doing each day. Her patient and pleasant demeanor made me feel very comfortable entrusting her with my furson.
