"This was a trial stay before CNY, and Janee took very good care of Mayo. She kept me updated with photos and videos, and the pictures she took were amazing — they honestly looked like professional photos.
Mayo is a rescue dog and can be a bit shy around other dogs. Janee was very thoughtful and made sure Mayo stayed within her comfort zone. She even arranged for her own dog to stay with relatives nearby, just so Mayo could feel safe and relaxed.
I really appreciate her care, patience, and kindness. Highly recommended.

"We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there. "Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. "Yazhi and her family took good care of mooncake while we were away. Mooncake felt comfortable with them since the 1st meet and greet. During their care, she was happy, she made friends and she behaved her true self like she was with us. Yazhi prepared for mooncake's stay and also, gave us daily updates of her wellbeing. She is extremely responsible and patient, and it’s clear that she has a genuine love for dogs in the way she cares for them. She even brought my dog out to cafes and made sure he was happy and comfortable.

"We are glad that we found Evelyn before our trip to leave our timid female dog Mochi with.
Evelyn & the family took great care of Mochi & kept us updated of what's going on regularly.
They brought Mochi for long walks twice a day on daily basis, an activity that our dog enjoys so much. no wonder Mochi seems to be relax & comfortable. this is something that gave us a relief.
Evelyn's expertise in handling dog was displayed from the moment we met, and throughout the boarding period. this has kept us at ease while we were away from Mochi. It was a pleasant experience and we would definitely find Evelyn again if we need to board Mochi with.
