"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"It’s my first time boarding my dog and it was a better than expected experience! I received updates along with photos from Clarissa on a daily basis. Cookie is well taken care, he even gained weight during the staycation! Highly recommended them as your next holiday pet sitter!

"Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "We left Buddy with Megan for a long stay (20 days) and were extremely happy with how everything went. We chose Megan as a sitter because she has her own dogs and clearly knew what was involved with looking after dogs. She also looks after other dogs and so we knew that Buddy would not be bored and have plenty of company. Buddy was on a course of medication when we dropped him off which Megan diligently continued with. She also provided us with regular updates so we could see that Buddy was having a good time. We will certainly contact Megan again next time we need a sitter."

"I recently had an exceptional experience boarding my frenchies with Stephanie. My first impression of Stephanie was fantastic. "I recently had the pleasure of boarding my dog, Ryo, with Maple and her husband, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. "This is our 2nd time pet boarding with Gracia and her family. The whole experience of communication from placing the booking to picking up my dog was seamless and very comfortable. "Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Entrust my sometimes aggressive mongrel Miso in Xiuqing’s care and it was the best decision ever hehe was constantly sent updates on walkies, meal times and photos of her with other fluffies as well!
Always had trouble finding a sitter I could trust fully and who could take good care of Miso as she’s quite a character but felt so relieved and could enjoy my holiday without having to worry about whether my pup was homesick and feeling lonely but nope!
