"Ling was an angel and we couldn't ask for more.
It was a last minute booking during a public holiday weekend and having never boarded our dogs before (hearing horror stories of blinded eyes and tick infestations) we started exploring home-boarding options with the hope to find a loving & intimate environment instead of one that is professional albeit aloof, as we felt that would be the best experience for our furbabies. We of course had our fair share of concerns in the reliability of a more casual environment and had to take a leap of faith but after this experience with Ling I cannot say that we could have made any better decision.
I dropped off the dogs a day before leaving for our holiday and by the time I left, Ling had managed to help us feel completely at ease that our dogs would be in really good care. She proactively made sure she had the information she needed on ours and our dogs' habits and preferences and spammed us with lots of updates and discoveries throughout the day, everyday. She also remained flexible with requests and was more than happy to extend her stay when my return was severely delayed due to unexpected circumstances.
Our babies were returned to us happy and completely exhausted as they had so much more fun with her family and other boarding dogs than at home and I almost felt bad for taking them back from her place. Our hyperactive Italian greyhound puppy and attention craving Pomeranian big baby were chill & calm for days after returning from her place and as busy dog owners we cannot be more grateful.
Big thanks Ling & family for loving our furbabies and their antics - I am convinced your popularity will skyrocket in no time, and when that happens please always be sure to reserve a space for our little ones as I wouldn't want to have them anywhere else. :)"
