"This was our 5 month old puppy’s first boarding experience and although we were a little nervous, Mercury was incredible. We received daily updates and videos and Mercury always responded to messages promptly. We’re so pleased our puppy had a wonderful staycation in a fun and caring environment. Highly recommend "

"This is first time I used pawshake. I’m thankful I found Cheyenne to take care of Beancake. I can see that their whole family loved dogs and most importantly Beancake came home with no downtime and adjusted well. Cheyenne also frequently sent us photos about Beancake. I was quite worried about leaving my Pom for the first time to another new sitter as i have bad experience on the previous one, but from the moment I met them, I felt my fur baby was in caring and trustworthy hands. Throughout the stay, my pom was safe, well cared for, and looked genuinely happy and relaxed.
When I picked her up, she was healthy, cheerful, and clearly comfortable, which gave me so much peace of mind. It’s obvious they treated her with patience, kindness, and lots of love, just like their own pet.
Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my precious girl. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would happily recommend you to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!"

"Rebecca has been a great petsitter for my maltipoo. She is very introverted and never got along well with humans or other pets, but she stayed well with Rebecca's care. Rebecca walked her everyday and made an extra effort to send pictures and videos to make sure that we don't miss her too much. We felt really comfortable with her caring, and I'm asking Rebecca to take care of our dog for another long home-away period in June and July. Thank you Rebecca!"

"Weiyu was absolutely wonderful in taking care of my dog with much love that I could travel in relief. During our one week boarding, she happily kept me up to date with photos and videos of Nike morning/evening/night throughout everyday, and I could see that my dog was having a great time in good hands haha-! I also want to highlight that Weiyu took excellent care when my dog suddenly developed some irritation in her eye. Weiyu was very attentive in letting me know about the situation and openly communicative to help care for my dog in the best way possible. I highly recommend Weiyu to anyone looking for pet boarding. She is such a sweet and kind person, and I would happily trust Nike in her care again, knowing that she would be in such loving and capable hands."

"Sheri and Michael are genuinely passionate about dogs, and it really shows in the care and attention they give our two doggies. We loved the frequent updates, lots of photos and fun videos throughout the day from morning to night, which kept us reassured and showed how happy the dogs were during the 4 days of stay.
Both dogs were very well cared for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to board with Sheri and Michael again. Highly recommended, and many thanks from Wilma and Queeny."

"Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:).
