"We couldnât have asked for a better experience with Janice and her family while we were away. Our dog Bruno usually takes quite a while to warm up to new people, but he bonded with Janice and her family almost immediately, which honestly says everything about the care and warmth they gave him.
It was so reassuring to see how comfortable, happy, and affectionate he was with them. We could truly relax on our holiday knowing he was being cared for so well and treated like part of the family.
Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of Bruno. Weâre incredibly grateful and would highly recommend Janice to anyone looking for a kind, trustworthy, and caring sitter! "

"Rebecca has been a great petsitter for my maltipoo. She is very introverted and never got along well with humans or other pets, but she stayed well with Rebecca's care. Rebecca walked her everyday and made an extra effort to send pictures and videos to make sure that we don't miss her too much. We felt really comfortable with her caring, and I'm asking Rebecca to take care of our dog for another long home-away period in June and July. Thank you Rebecca!"

"Capri is an excellent host and a genuine dog-lover. My Cavapoo had a wonderful time during his 6 days of boarding. Capri and her partner took great care of my pet and ensured that he was never lonely or isolated. She shared almost 80 videos and pictures showing how much my pet thoroughly enjoys his time at their lovely home. Doing so also assured us pawrents, a peace of mind that he was well taken care of when we were away. Capri was given a set of care instructions, and she executed them with finesse. Having a senior dog of her own, the duo had a bundle of joy chasing each other around their bright and cheery house. For anyone considering boarding their dog, you wonât go wrong with Capri. If there is a Michelin score for dog boarders, Capri will be a definite winner. Thank you, Capri."

"I have always used house sitting with 2 regular sitters so Juno can remain in a familiar environment while the sitter lives at my place. But whenever I am away, he tends to stop eating or pooping for the first few days. The last time this happened was 2 years ago and I stopped solo travelling as I simply could not bear to part with him for weeks. Now that Juno is turning 4, I decided to try cat boarding so he might make some new friends, both human and feline, and have a fresh experience.
Soniaâs profile caught my eye because she has 2 lovely cats, Bella and Zoey, and years of experience. What really stood out was that she only accepts cats from 1 client at a time, which would give Juno the time and space to adjust. During the meet-and-greet, Sonia and her husband were very welcoming and reassuring, thus I felt confident to go on a short family road trip.
During Junoâs 4-night stay, Sonia sent me lots of photos, videos and updates. As expected, Juno did not eat much the first 2 nights. He even rejected treats, and hissed at times (which I had never seen before), but Sonia was super patient. She kept on engaging him, combed him, played with him and kept a close eye on his ear condition in case it flared up while I was away. Thankfully it did not. She also shared her own experiences with cats and reassured me. By the last 2 nights, Juno was more outgoing, even allowed belly rubs, rubbed noses with Zoey and explored outside the bedroom where he was 'stationed' throughout the stay. While he is not yet besties with Bella and Zoey, I am very hopeful they will become friends when I board him with Sonia again đ"

"Sheri and Michael are genuinely passionate about dogs, and it really shows in the care and attention they give our two doggies. We loved the frequent updates, lots of photos and fun videos throughout the day from morning to night, which kept us reassured and showed how happy the dogs were during the 4 days of stay.
Both dogs were very well cared for, and we wouldnât hesitate to board with Sheri and Michael again. Highly recommended, and many thanks from Wilma and Queeny."

"Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)⌠they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"When Matthew first met Mars, he gently knelt down and let Mars lick his face. That warmth and trust made both us and Mars feel certain that he was exactly the person we had been looking for.
Although we only stayed at his place briefly during the meet and greet, Mars had already remembered the location. On the day we officially dropped Mars off for boarding, I was still looking at my phone to check the address after getting out of the elevator, but Mars had already happily pulled me straight to Matthewâs door.
During the two weeks we were away on vacation, Matthew updated us every day on how Mars was doing and sent many adorable photos. It gave us great peace of mind to know that Mars was also enjoying his own little vacation.
When we picked Mars up after our trip, he was happy, energetic, and healthy. It was clear that he had been very well cared for. The next time we go on vacation, we truly hope Mars will have the chance to âvacationâ at Matthewâs home again."

"Jasmine is a very good dog sitter, I highly recommend her! Our dog stayed the first time with Jasmine and it went perfectly well! Jasmine was very attentive and responsible, she took care of our dog and considered all the smallest details regarding her food, character, etc. She updated me several times per day with photo and video.
