"Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. He sent updates throughout the stay that keep my nerves at bay and comfortable knowing my dog is in good hand. Having Sophie and the other dogs around was awesome too, as my puppy needs to socialize. The space and the walks Raymond gave my pups was another plus in my book. So, YES I will recommend anyone who needs a pet sitter, or just for day care. Thanks Raymond!"

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "I have always used house sitting with 2 regular sitters so Juno can remain in a familiar environment while the sitter lives at my place. But whenever I am away, he tends to stop eating or pooping for the first few days. The last time this happened was 2 years ago and I stopped solo travelling as I simply could not bear to part with him for weeks. Now that Juno is turning 4, I decided to try cat boarding so he might make some new friends, both human and feline, and have a fresh experience.
Sonia’s profile caught my eye because she has 2 lovely cats, Bella and Zoey, and years of experience. What really stood out was that she only accepts cats from 1 client at a time, which would give Juno the time and space to adjust. During the meet-and-greet, Sonia and her husband were very welcoming and reassuring, thus I felt confident to go on a short family road trip.
During Juno’s 4-night stay, Sonia sent me lots of photos, videos and updates. As expected, Juno did not eat much the first 2 nights. He even rejected treats, and hissed at times (which I had never seen before), but Sonia was super patient. She kept on engaging him, combed him, played with him and kept a close eye on his ear condition in case it flared up while I was away. Thankfully it did not. She also shared her own experiences with cats and reassured me. By the last 2 nights, Juno was more outgoing, even allowed belly rubs, rubbed noses with Zoey and explored outside the bedroom where he was 'stationed' throughout the stay. While he is not yet besties with Bella and Zoey, I am very hopeful they will become friends when I board him with Sonia again 😄"

"Thanks, Margaux! Margaux took wonderful care of our dog, Maya, and we felt very fortunate to have found her. She was warm, attentive, and extremely responsive throughout, which made the whole experience very reassuring for us.
Maya immediately felt comfortable around Margaux, and it was clear that she genuinely enjoys spending time with the dogs she looks after. Margaux kept us updated with messages, videos and photos, and it was lovely to see how relaxed and happy Maya was in her care.

"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. "Meryl is such a patient and loving sitter . We had our mini Australian Shepherd, Hailey with her for day care and another for a 1N boarding and Hailey simply felt so comfortable and relaxed at their home. Hailey has an injured paw and needs some care/extra support in terms of massages , heat pack treatments and shorter walks .. and Meryl was very meticulous in understanding how we do it and applied them very attentively and carefully. We feel very safe and comfortable leaving our Hailey with her ..and we are convinced Hailey our pup is too staying there with her and her family!
Oh yes and of course all the photos and constant updates had us feeling great that Hailey was having fun there be it day care or boarding overnight there. "

My dog is the not easiest dog to take care of, has separation anxiety and socializing issues with other dogs but Jay managed it well and even managed to walk other dogs with her calmly. Can see that Brownie is well taken care of and had an enjoyable time staying there, highly recommended to bring your fur kids if you are travelling! "

"We left Buddy with Megan for a long stay (20 days) and were extremely happy with how everything went. We chose Megan as a sitter because she has her own dogs and clearly knew what was involved with looking after dogs. She also looks after other dogs and so we knew that Buddy would not be bored and have plenty of company. Buddy was on a course of medication when we dropped him off which Megan diligently continued with. She also provided us with regular updates so we could see that Buddy was having a good time. We will certainly contact Megan again next time we need a sitter."
