"Glad is a patient and caring sitter. My friend and I have been engaging his services for about a month now for both Riley and Snickers. He genuinely cares about dogs and pays extra care to their needs from dietary requirements, daily habits & needs. The dogs even get multiple walks daily and trips to the dog park where they get to socialize and play with the other dogs. What really makes me love placing the dogs there is that even his entire family loves them! My mind is at total ease whenever the dogs are under their care. There will always be someone around to watch over the dogs at home. I would definitely recommend Glad to those of you who are looking for a sitter for your doggos. I'm 100% sure they would be taken care of and loved by Glad and his whole family (even Hayley, their own family dog)!"

"My parents used to help me take care of my dog, Nori, whenever I travel, but I wanted to start looking for alternatives as I didn’t want to inconvenience them as they are getting older. I preferred a home-based pet sitter who would be around 24/7, instead of putting Nori at a boarding facility which will probably leave the dogs confined within a space for most of the time and left alone at night (Nori has separation anxiety). I was worried for Nori as I haven’t engaged someone external to look after him before, but seeing how happy Nori was in Sandra’s frequent updates completely put me at ease. Sandra was meticulous in keeping up with his meals instructions which include some supplements and medication, and also helped shower him weekly and walked him twice a day. She has a big comfy bed for him and endless toys! She also generously offered him dental chews at her own expense. Sandra’s parents are dog lovers too and their interactions with Nori always puts a smile on my face ☺️ Sandra and her parents made internal arrangements so there would always be someone home with Nori which I very much appreciate! I would engage Sandra’s help again (if she is available!) for future travels and would recommend her if you are in the process of shortlisting a pet sitter. Thank you, Sandra!

"We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! From the very first interaction, Sree and Arun were professional, warm, and genuinely passionate about caring for dogs. Kiva felt comfortable immediately, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.
We received regular updates, photos, and little notes about how the day was going — it truly felt like our dog was on a little vacation of their own! It was clear that walks, playtime, feeding, and cuddles were all handled with care and attention to detail.
When we came back, our dog was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s such a relief to find someone trustworthy and responsible who treats your pet like family."

"I recently had the pleasure of having Mama Peggy pet sit my Shiba Inu, Xin Le, for three nights, and I couldn't be more delighted with her services. From the initial correspondence, she was incredibly professional and responsive. She arranged a meet and greet at her house to ensure that Xin Le would be comfortable with her and her home environment. During our chat, I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge of dog care. She even gave me some fantastic advice on organic food, which I adopted immediately.
Mama Peggy is truly a dog whisperer; she understands dog personalities exceptionally well. While I was away, she took excellent care of Xin Le, providing regular updates and photos of how he was doing each day. Her patient and pleasant demeanor made me feel very comfortable entrusting her with my furson.
She is the best of the best, and five stars is an understatement. I will definitely engage her services again in the future. Thank you, Mama Peggy!"

"I don't normally post reviews online but this was my first time boarding Lola and I must say, I'm very satisfied with the service. I was initially panicky and apprehensive because I had to make a urgent last minute booking and didn't have time for a meet & greet, but Lynne patiently answered all my questions and concerns. She was incredibly accommodating with the timings for my impromptu trip, which seriously saved me.
What really stood out to me was Lynne's attention to detail and proactive updates. She took time to ask about Lola's routine, habits, and preferences and even made detailed notes to ensure Lola felt right at home. It was clear there and then that Lynne is incredibly meticulous and invested in Lola's comfort. Without me asking, Lynne also sent frequent photos, videos, and messages, reassuring me that Lola was happy and well-cared for. I can tell that Lynne and her family showered Lola with lots of love and playtime during her stay there. Additionally, Lynne helped reinforce habits of Lola's that I wanted to adjust, which I was thankful for.
I'm really grateful that I found Lynne despite my booking being last minute. I'll definitely look for Lynne again for her services and will recommend her to anyone who's looking for someone trustworthy and caring."

"We boarded our corgi puppy with Angela in April for 6 days and she and her hubby (Luis) have been the best care takers ever! Though our 8mth old puppy was super cheeky and always wanted to disturb their dogs, as well as bite anything that he sees, she still treated him really well. You can see that they both really have a golden heart for animals esp when we saw how they took great care of their own pets. She even prepared daily delicious food for my pup and my pup lovedddd it. They also make sure they brought him for walks frequently and when he came home he was always so exhausted but happy. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to board their pets here because they both provide immaculate service 👍🏼"

"I recently boarded my little Chihuahua, MiuMiu, with Esther, and it was such a wonderful experience! From the moment we dropped her off, Esther made us feel completely at ease with her warm and professional approach.
What stood out most was her constant updates from she sent photos and videos so I never had to wonder how MiuMiu was doing. You could really see the TLC she gave. MiuMiu was pampered, played with, and truly cared for like part of the family.
A special shoutout to lovely Busan (Esther’s sweet doxie), who was so accommodating and became a great companion for MiuMiu. They got along beautifully, and it made MiuMiu’s stay even more enjoyable.
MiuMiu came home happy, relaxed, and clearly spoiled and she truly lived like a queen during her time there! If you’re looking for a caring, reliable pet boarding option, I highly recommend Esther.

"Janaki, is a wonderful pet sitter. My usual pet sitter was travelling and hence I had to go with some one else. both me and my wife were worried if Miko would adapt well with the new pet sitter. however, moment we met Janaki our concerns were put aside. she really took good care of miko and provided updates multiple times during day-to-day which was really appreciated. "Had a pleasant time boarding my pet with Edmund - he is responsible, responsive and is great at handling dogs. Accommodated to my pickup/dropoff timing.
