"We’re so incredibly grateful to have CR & WJ take care of Toby over Lunar New Year. They gave us the greatest peace of mind! The updates were always hilarious - “speedy walk Toby” and all the little positive spins on his cheeky habits made us smile every day.
Toby also had the best time playing with their sweet girl pup, Lunchen. I think he came home missing his new best friend. We’re honestly so thankful for their kindness and patience. It makes all the difference! 🤍"

"Feel very lucky and grateful to be able to engage her service as our doggie had a wonderful boarding during our absence.
The caregiver is a calm and patient person, that is important as our dog maybe rowdy at times. The family members are very chill so you can expect a calm environment for your pet.
House is very well keep and neat. This give you the confident that the doggie will be in a safe place.
The estate environment is another confident boost as the area are very clean and lots of greenery. So you are rest assured of your doggie hygiene during a small walk downstairs. Jurong lake garden is also just across the street.
Overall, I would say the caregiver’s character, upkeep of home and estate environment is a good mix for consideration shall you want to put your doggie for boarding.
5 stars boarding in my own opinions."

"Lyne has been a great dogsitter, one of the better ones I have ever encountered! She will update everyday on the walks with photos and videos and how much my furkid has eaten. There will also be videos (cctv footage) on what my furkid is doing when at home . Her whole family is involved in taking care and that assures me full care is given. When it’s time to go home, it can be seen how my doggie misses the daughter and that they shared a great bond. My next trip is in June and it is comforting to know I have Lyne to rely on to take very good care of my furkid :) "

"Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"David and Lin are first class dog sitters. We left our 1 year old dog in their capable hands for 6 nights. They are a family who loves dogs, and they kept in daily contact with us with photos and videos while we were on holiday which was very much appreciated. They are very experienced and knowledgeable about dogs and will follow any specific routines or needs your dog may have. Our dog settled in well and was very happy. Would definitely recommend! "

"First and foremost, I want to thank Priscilla for accommodating my last-minute booking for boarding.
She responded promptly and even offered to come by to meet my dog, ensuring he could get accustomed to her scent beforehand.
Since this was my first time boarding my dog, I naturally had many questions. Priscilla was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to answer all of them in detail. She was also very thoughtful, asking about my dog’s habits and daily routines to ensure he would be comfortable.
During the boarding period, Priscilla kept me reassured by sending short video updates. It was heartwarming to see my dog out on walks and enjoying himself.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. There were no other pets around during the boarding, which was an added bonus. I’ll definitely entrust my dog to her care again the next time I travel. 😊"

"This is our second time engaging their dog boarding service, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. Previously, Kopi and Chendol were boarded with May’s sister, Thwin, and both times, their family took amazing care of our furkids. During this trip, May looked after them while we were overseas. She provided regular updates on their wellbeing, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that both Kopi and Chendol enjoyed themselves and felt at home. They even made a new friend, Mooncake, May’s dog, and it was heartwarming to see how well they bonded. Thank you once again, May and family, for treating our dogs like your own. "This was the first time I’ve used Pawshake. I was pleasantly surprised to see very good boarders here and I’m so pleased with Rithvik for taking very good care of Asher over two nights. I did not have to worry as Rithvik even came over to see Asher before boarding him. He’s a very patient, accommodating, friendly and importantly my Asher bonded with him immediately. "It was my first time doing pet boarding, and to be honest was quite nervous about how it would go. Although the location was quite far from her place, if i have to choose someone to take care of my pet again i definitely will still go to her😅 here’s why:
Raine was super prompt in her replies (thank goodness as i really needed to find one urgently). Thank you 😭
It’s such a blessing to have her take care of my pet, as she sends pictures, videos of my puppy very frequently which makes me feel at ease as well 🥹
Also, when my puppy has a few accidents (peeing at the wrong places 😆, she still is very patient with him & me as well, which i am really grateful for.
Thanks to her, my puppy got to socialise with a few other dogs under her care as well, which i am really glad! Her place is really clean and huge as well, so they were able to run around! 😆
Lastly, you can really tell that she really loves and cares for pets just by meeting and chatting with her.
I usually don’t give reviews, but for this I think she really exceeded my expectations so…if you want to go on holiday but yet feel at ease that your dog not only is taken care of but happy as well, book her! :)
Thank you so much for taking care of Baby and I’ll surely see you again!"
