"I would give Vera 10 stars if I could! She took such great care of our 17 year old dog, Cookie, that he was genuinely depressed to return home to us!! Vera is very experienced with dogs and was able to cater and adapt to our dog's changing needs settling into a new environment. Vera was very communicative throughout the booking process and during Cookie's week-long stay. This included daily photo updates that really put us at ease while our family was overseas. Vera is a very caring and dedicated dog-sitter and I would recommend her without any hesitation. "

"We needed to travel to Malaysia during the CNY period for family gatherings and visitations, and we were so grateful that Joanne was able to accommodate our request to care for our dog, Lyra.
We dropped Lyra off at Joanne’s place early in the morning, and she was wonderfully taken care of throughout her stay. Joanne provided regular photo updates during Lyra’s meal times and daily walks—twice a day, just as we do at home. The frequency and timing of the updates were just right, giving us peace of mind that Lyra was happy and well looked after.
When we picked Lyra up after 10 days, she ran up to me with her tail wagging happily—a clear sign that she had a great time and felt comfortable with Joanne.
Many thanks to Joanne for taking such good care of Lyra. We highly recommend her excellent service! "

"Race was amazing with our dog Lottie. She kept good communication with pictures, fed Lottie as provided, and took her on nice walks through the neighborhood. "We were very blessed to have Lyn and her beautiful family taking care of Domo while we were away. Lyn was very meticulous and into every detail of Domo’s needs. This included feeding her with an oral tablet an hour before mealtimes. Her girls were especially proactive in caring for Domo 🫶. They have showered Domo with lots of love and care, making Domo very comfortable as she can be timid and manja. Will definitely leave Domo with Lyn in the future. Lyn also sent across photo or video update daily. Highly recommended!"

"We’re so incredibly grateful to have CR & WJ take care of Toby over Lunar New Year. They gave us the greatest peace of mind! The updates were always hilarious - “speedy walk Toby” and all the little positive spins on his cheeky habits made us smile every day.
Toby also had the best time playing with their sweet girl pup, Lunchen. I think he came home missing his new best friend. We’re honestly so thankful for their kindness and patience. It makes all the difference! 🤍"

"Lyne has been a great dogsitter, one of the better ones I have ever encountered! She will update everyday on the walks with photos and videos and how much my furkid has eaten. There will also be videos (cctv footage) on what my furkid is doing when at home . Her whole family is involved in taking care and that assures me full care is given. When it’s time to go home, it can be seen how my doggie misses the daughter and that they shared a great bond. My next trip is in June and it is comforting to know I have Lyne to rely on to take very good care of my furkid :) "

"Feel very lucky and grateful to be able to engage her service as our doggie had a wonderful boarding during our absence.
The caregiver is a calm and patient person, that is important as our dog maybe rowdy at times. The family members are very chill so you can expect a calm environment for your pet.
House is very well keep and neat. This give you the confident that the doggie will be in a safe place.
The estate environment is another confident boost as the area are very clean and lots of greenery. So you are rest assured of your doggie hygiene during a small walk downstairs. Jurong lake garden is also just across the street.
Overall, I would say the caregiver’s character, upkeep of home and estate environment is a good mix for consideration shall you want to put your doggie for boarding.
5 stars boarding in my own opinions."

Larry and Haru stayed with Shirley and her family for dog boarding and they had an amazing time! She took such good care of them, and it was clear they felt right at home.
Larry, who’s usually shy, warmed up to her so quickly and Haru, our little rascal, had so much fun. Her kids loved playing with the dogs, which made the whole experience even better as they kept each other happily occupied. Shirley kept us updated with photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind throughout.

"David and Lin are first class dog sitters. We left our 1 year old dog in their capable hands for 6 nights. They are a family who loves dogs, and they kept in daily contact with us with photos and videos while we were on holiday which was very much appreciated. "Susie had a great 2 weeks stay with Andrew. He was very patient with her, especially when it came to her eating habits given that she is a senior doggo (15). He also updated us regularly with her antics and daily routine. 👍🏻 I am sure Susie had lots of fun playing with the other dogs being a single dog at home. As he took in only 2 overlapping bookings, he was able to provide them with sufficient care and attention throughout. I am so glad to find a reliable and loving sitter staying nearby.
