"Refik and Beril are super caring, communicative and kind; our dog loves the stay with them and their 2 puppies! They also provide constant daily update which keeps our mind at ease when we are traveling and they are very flexible and accommodating with our schedule. Will definitely come back!"

"Chester looked after my two dogs and cat for over 3 weeks whilst I was overseas. I was very pleased with how Chester checked in with me as and when was needed to clarify my pets needs. He went as far as taking my cat to the vet as she possibly had a urinary tact infection. My pets had an enjoyable time with Chester as he would allow them to engage with the other members of the household and took the dogs for their twice daily walks. All pets have come back healthy and in good condition, I am pleased to recommend Chester to anyone looking for a pet sitter. "

"I had an excellent experience with Lynn. She took exceptional care of my dog, ensuring not only comfort and safety but also genuine attention and affection throughout the entire period.
What stood out most was her consistent communication — I received regular updates accompanied by photos and videos, which provided great peace of mind. Beyond basic care, she also shared valuable dog-rearing tips, demonstrating both knowledge and a genuine commitment to my dog’s well-being.
She went above and beyond by bringing my dog on engaging excursions and adventures, including a hike at Mount Faber Park, which I truly appreciated. It is clear she invests real effort into keeping the dogs active and happy.
Additionally, her willingness to assist with pick-up and drop-off during my tight schedule was extremely helpful and speaks volumes about her flexibility and professionalism.

"Bex and Wilson were absolutely amazing! We had a meet and greet before boarding and they were warm and welcoming, asking us questions about Bailey’s habits and personality. During boarding, they were proactive in sending us updates, and were so observant that they noticed Bailey straining to pee. As we were overseas, they took Bailey to the vet’s for consultation and helped give Bailey her medication after. We cannot be more thankful and will definitely board Bailey with Bex and Wilson again! Thanks guys!"

"Vivek is a very caring and responsible boarder who provided updates of Muffin several times a day which reassured us that she was in good hands. Although muffin is a fussy eater, he catered to all her needs and ensured that she ate well for every meal. Even though it was only a short stay, we could feel the love and concern Vivek has for muffin and will surely board muffin with him again in the future :-) "

"We are so glad to have Aubrey and Adrian taking care for our pet Nami while we went for a short vacation for a week +. 🙏🙏 Updates were prompt and we got to receive lots of photos on what Nami is doing every day. Nami has also made some friends and got to stay, play and interact with them which she seems to be very happy. And indeed Nami has been showered with so much love. We can’t thank Aubrey and Adrian enough for helping us taking care of Nami. We look forward for our next holiday and we are sure Nami will also look forward to dog boarding again with Aubrey and Adrian. "Jackson was extremely happy and content during his stay with M&C. He had Potchi and Kumo to keep him company during the week he stayed with them. All 3 dogs got along really well. M&C cared for Jackson like their own.. they ensured all meals and walks occurred on time. They were also very flexible with pick up and drop off times which really helped with our flight times. We will certainly choose them again for Jackson’s stay and can’t recommend them enough."

"I cannot tell you how happy my dog, Yuki, felt during the time she was boarded there. Margot brought her out every 4 hours for a walk and played with her occasionally. I could tell Yuki was so comfortable there because she was laying on her back, with paws in the air, letting Margot pet her belly. Actions speak louder than words! I think the only thing you have to fear is if your pet loves it there so much they don't wanna go home."

"Couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after Teqi! ❤️
We had such a wonderful experience with Arianna looking after our little Teqi for the weekend. From the very beginning, Arianna was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, flexible and courteous. She took the time to understand Teqi’s routine, personality and little quirks before the stay, which immediately gave us confidence that she would be in good hands.
What really stood out was how comfortable Teqi became at her home. Teqi can take a little time to settle in a new environment, but Arianna was so patient and gave her the space she needed. Before long, she was sleeping peacefully through the night, eating well, enjoying her walks and happily lounging around the house as if she belonged there. Seeing how relaxed and comfortable she was made it so much easier for us to enjoy our time away without constantly worrying about her.
Arianna’s communication was also fantastic. We received regular updates throughout the stay, along with photos and videos, so we always knew how Teqi was doing. And the personalised little “Teqi updates” and postcards were such a lovely and thoughtful touch — it was obvious that she genuinely enjoyed having Teqi around rather than simply treating it as a pet-sitting job. ❤️
Another huge plus is that Arianna has experience as a 'professional dog groomer', and that really showed! Teqi can be quite particular about grooming, especially when it comes to her legs, yet Arianna managed to brush and comb her, redo her little ponytails and even give her grooming sessions without any drama. I honestly couldn’t believe it! 😂❤️
Her kids were also absolutely lovely with Teqi. They were gentle, respectful and knew when to give her space, but also had some really sweet moments playing with her. It was adorable to see Teqi getting comfortable enough to play with them too.
Most importantly, I could genuinely relax while I was away knowing that Teqi was happy, comfortable and being cared for so well. I couldn’t have asked for more from someone looking after my baby. 🥰
Thank you so much, Arianna, for taking such wonderful care of Teqi and for making her stay such a happy one. We’re very lucky to have found you — and even luckier that you’re just around the corner! ❤️🐾

"Amanda responded swiftly to my booking. Our meet & greet session was so pleasant. She introduced us to her dog and our dogs bonded instantly! Amanda & her hubby has a very clean& big space for our dog to roam. She listened to our dog’s needs and kindly offered private space for him to nap & eat whenever he needs. Amanda is a conscientious sitter who proactively updates me with heart-warming videos & photos that make my time apart with my dog more bearable. I appreciated her flexibility in pick up & drop off timings. Though my dog is a puppy, he’s huge and can be very excited when out yet she took extra care to make sure that he’s safe while enjoying himself during the walks. Will engage her again. "Glen and Dione helped look after my dog while we were away on holiday for a week and a half, and they were absolutely incredible! It was clear from our first messages that they would be a great fit and they were extremely attentive and accommodating, and took wonderful care of Raffles.
