"Queenie was a wonderful host to our dog as she not only got out of her way to ensure the well-being of our dog but also kept us in regular communication. Before our holidays, we were able to visit Queenie's apartment and make all the necessary arrangements to have peace of mind. On the day of our trip, Queenie was very professional in handling our dog and we did not experience any attachment issues from our dog. In fact, he was very happy to walk away from us. During the trip, our dog was very well-taken care of with very little disruption to his routine. On top of that, he enjoyed regular outings in his free time: Christmas party, beach day and even dog-friend ice cream in Marina Bay. We were never anxious or worried about his well-being, and could enjoy our holidays to the fullest. Queenie was also flexible to accommodate an extra-day while we waited for our PCR test results. On the pick-up day, Queenie was punctual and organised. Our dog was very happy to see us. One week after his stay, we have not noticed any change of behaviour in our dog which give us a lot of confidence that he had a very nice holiday with Queenie. Many thanks Queenie for taking such good care of Wanton! "

"This is the first time we used Pawshake for our dog and I feel so much ease because of Cher and her dog Bailey.
Cher is a great communicator and kept me informed on everything. She knows dogs so well, also spoon fed our dog when she acted princess.
I would highly recommend Cher and she will always be our first preference for the next time.

"Eileen was a wonderful pet sitter for Loki! She was super friendly, informative and showed that she cared for our Loki. As Loki has a medical condition, we were looking for a pet sitter who would be patient enough to help administer his medications, as well as pay some extra love as Loki cannot function as well as other dogs. Luckily Eileen have had experience in dealing with such cases and has been an active pet volunteer so we were at ease when leaving him in her care. I've received constant messages, photos and videos on how's he's been doing, as well as some extra information on how we can groom him better. Loki seemed to feel very much at home with Eileen especially when he can play with Eileen's own fur babies Qiqi and Enen. Eileen treated Loki like one of her own and I will definitely trust Loki with her again:) !"

"Chester looked after my two dogs and cat for over 3 weeks whilst I was overseas. I was very pleased with how Chester checked in with me as and when was needed to clarify my pets needs. He went as far as taking my cat to the vet as she possibly had a urinary tact infection. My pets had an enjoyable time with Chester as he would allow them to engage with the other members of the household and took the dogs for their twice daily walks. "We are so glad to have Aubrey and Adrian taking care for our pet Nami while we went for a short vacation for a week +. 🙏🙏 Updates were prompt and we got to receive lots of photos on what Nami is doing every day. Nami has also made some friends and got to stay, play and interact with them which she seems to be very happy. And indeed Nami has been showered with so much love. We can’t thank Aubrey and Adrian enough for helping us taking care of Nami.
