"Eileen was a wonderful pet sitter for Loki! She was super friendly, informative and showed that she cared for our Loki. As Loki has a medical condition, we were looking for a pet sitter who would be patient enough to help administer his medications, as well as pay some extra love as Loki cannot function as well as other dogs. Luckily Eileen have had experience in dealing with such cases and has been an active pet volunteer so we were at ease when leaving him in her care. I've received constant messages, photos and videos on how's he's been doing, as well as some extra information on how we can groom him better. Loki seemed to feel very much at home with Eileen especially when he can play with Eileen's own fur babies Qiqi and Enen. Eileen treated Loki like one of her own and I will definitely trust Loki with her again:) !"

"After having rather unpleasant experiences boarding CJ at pet shops, I’m so glad to have found Jancy whom I recently engaged for boarding during my short trip overseas.
During the meet-and-greet session, Jancy showed us around her place where she housed the dogs. She patiently explained her services to us and allowed ample time for CJ to settle down in the new environment. I especially liked the idea that the place is cage free which allowed the dogs to socialize and learn to live with a pack. There was plenty of space for the dogs to roam around and retreat to their quiet corners for an afternoon nap. The floor was also very clean, definitely a plus point for me. So, we decided to go ahead with the plan.
On the first day of boarding, Jancy kindly offered to pick CJ up so that we didn’t have to travel to her place to drop CJ off. Jancy exudes a calm demeanor and my mother was pleasantly surprised that CJ did not struggle at all when she handed him over.
During our trip, Jancy would send us daily updates of CJ in the morning, afternoon and evening. The videos and pictures sent always showed a very contented, energetic and playful CJ. Seeing that he was having a whale of his time really eased the family’s worry. Over time, I also noticed that CJ became more confident and less reactive around the other dogs. It really heartens me that he is learning to socialize as we are unable to simulate such an environment for him at home.
Thank you for your care and abundant love for CJ, Jancy! CJ definitely enjoyed his pawcation and is missing his pawfriends already (we are considering daycare so that he can reunite and play with them again haha).

"I’m very picky when I was deciding on a pet sitter as it is the first time Beanie will be away from us. After meeting with Nikhil and the whole fam, and their resident dog Littlefoot, Beanie felt at home and was playing around the house already. They have a very spacious place so she enjoyed running around and playing. Plus point is they only board one dog at a time so the price is worth it coz Beanie will receive all the attention and will not be left never unsupervised.
During boarding, Nikhil and Rohit not only looked after Beanie but they cared for her too. They provided regular updates too that’s why I could tell that Beanie had a fantastic stay and loved spending time with them - in fact after a couple of days, I was told that Nikhil woke up and Beanie was sleeping next to him on his bed (basically Beanie preferred to sleep next to Nikhil instead of sleeping on her own dogbed!)😆
Littlefoot was a great companion too, she’s well behaved no matter how much Beanie bugged her at home.
Overall, the experience was great - they are highly recommended pet sitters! Now I have peace of mind knowing that I can count on them to care for my furbaby on my next overseas trip. Very thankful for everything! "

"Xander had a great time at Alicia's for a day of dog boarding at her apartment, she catered for a pre-boarding greeting with her dog Casper to see if our boys can gel well before the boarding.
During the boarding she was very communicative and updates us on how Xander is doing.
Overall I am very happy with the experience and looking forward to let Xander hang out with Casper again"

We're impressed with Candy & her hubby's care & love for my dog, who has never been away from us. They managed to calm her down from anxiety within a short period, and she soon opened up to them.
My timid dog, who is afraid of other dogs, learnt to socialise with their calm & friendly resident dog who is like a big sister, indulging her when she hijacks her bed & toys. She also let my dog get all the cuddles she wants, never fighting for attention.
We appreciate the regular message updates, videos & photos from Candy on our dog while we're away. Knowing she's in good hands, we could enjoy our vacation while our dog enjoys her staycay. If we travel again, we would definitely engage Candy's petsitting services. "

"Mukul and his family were very accommodating and friendly. My dog was well loved and taken care of during his stay at Mukul’s place. Knowing that my dog is not sociable with other dogs, he quickly offered to block his dates during that period so that my dog will be comfortable during his stay with them. While my dog was with them, he did not eat and drink well initially and this was flagged out to us immediately. Mukul also offered to feed him alternative food with our permission. Overall it was was a great experience and we would definitely engage his help again if we travel in future."

"I had my Malshi boarding for 2 nights at Phoebe’s house and she took great care of my puppy with frequent updates in texts, videos and photos. My puppy played well with her Malshi too and saw that he enjoyed himself with a playmate. Phoebe even brought my puppy to swim and shared tips on food for my puppy as he has not been eating well. "We are extremely grateful towards Rohit and his family for taking such great care of our dog Keio for 10 days while we were away on our overseas trip. Littlefoot is a really sweet and tame beagle and she got along really well with Keio. We felt it was nice that Keio could have a doggie companion while we were away. We could tell that Keio was happy and at ease at Rohit's place and has developed an attachment towards Rohit. He is simply great with dogs! It was apparent to us that Keio was not quite ready to leave when we went to pick him up. Rohit and his family are very responsible and accommodating pet lovers and carers. We would not hesitate to leave Keio in their care again!! :)"

"We are so grateful to have found Jon & his wife while we were on vacation for 2 weeks. They took care and loved our Goldendoodle Django like their own and we could tell that our dog was very happy, comfortable and loved at their place. They took special care in helping to feed our fussy eater, brought him on long walks and runs and even let him on their bed. They also sent lots of picture and video updates that gave us a peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be boarding Django with them again when we need to and we're happy to have found a reliable and loving home away from home for him."
