"Coco had such a great time staying with Christine for 8 days! She was so happy playing and socializing with all the other dogs.
Christine was also amazing at keeping us updated — she constantly sent photos and videos, and always let us know how Coco was doing, which made us feel very reassured throughout the stay. We could tell she really cared about making sure all the dogs interacted safely, and she also followed all the little daily things we asked her to pay attention to for Coco.
Not only Christine, but her whole family are clearly huge dog lovers, and we could really feel that Coco was being cared for with lots of love and attention.
We’re really happy with the experience and definitely trust Christine a lot. Coco would 100% love to stay with her again in the future 😊"

"Five stars, no hesitation! Lily and Jo took amazing care of Rocky. They are professional and attentive. The prompt updates and photos throughout his stay gave me such peace of mind while I was away. "Sheri and Michael are genuinely passionate about dogs, and it really shows in the care and attention they give our two doggies. We loved the frequent updates, lots of photos and fun videos throughout the day from morning to night, which kept us reassured and showed how happy the dogs were during the 4 days of stay.
Both dogs were very well cared for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to board with Sheri and Michael again. Highly recommended, and many thanks from Wilma and Queeny."

"This is our first time dog boarding and we had a wonderful experience with Melissa, she went above and beyond with daily updates (pictures and videos) and even a video storey. Melissa cared for titto like she was her own and make sure to understand titto’s behaviours and mannerisms. We were so glad to know that Titto almost immediately settled herself in her new environment even though she is usually a rather anxious and nervous dog. Aisha and Ding dong were wonderful companions for titto to be around with. Highly recommended and we will definitely use Melissa again!!"

"This is the first time we sent our 13 year old Maltese, Riot for boarding.
Riot is timid and very attached to me and my husband. With Alan's experience and love, Riot felt calm and moved around comfortably in the new environment shortly after we left.
Alan walked Riot 3 times during his one day stay. Alan also shared updates and videos with us. We were so happy to see Riot spinning like a puppy in the video when Alan showed him the harness.
Thanks, Alan for taking good care of Riot like your family. We will definitely come back to you when we need to send Riot for boarding.

"Helene is a truly caring and attentive dog sitter. She took the time to do a proper greet-and-meet to understand my dog’s personality, habits, and needs before the booking. She also went the extra mile by administering antihistamines to manage my dog’s skin issues, which gave me great peace of mind.

"We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Janice and her family while we were away. Our dog Bruno usually takes quite a while to warm up to new people, but he bonded with Janice and her family almost immediately, which honestly says everything about the care and warmth they gave him.
It was so reassuring to see how comfortable, happy, and affectionate he was with them. We could truly relax on our holiday knowing he was being cared for so well and treated like part of the family.

"Both Hui Min and her partner XT went great lengths to take care of Bubbles who was being treated for UTI. It was challenging with the meds and new environment, but they were very patient and took care of Bubs like their own. Shared detailed progress with me everyday which was very reassuring. They even brought her on rides and to the park. But not without checking in. Very conscientious, caring, detailed and did own research so they know how to take care of Bubs when she's not eating etc. Bubs got on extremely well with their little dog Moku Moku and overexerted herself playing. This is what happens when 2 playful dogs come together! Thank U both. Bubs misses U both and Moku Moku! "

"Capri is an excellent host and a genuine dog-lover. My Cavapoo had a wonderful time during his 6 days of boarding. Capri and her partner took great care of my pet and ensured that he was never lonely or isolated. She shared almost 80 videos and pictures showing how much my pet thoroughly enjoys his time at their lovely home. Doing so also assured us pawrents, a peace of mind that he was well taken care of when we were away. Capri was given a set of care instructions, and she executed them with finesse. Having a senior dog of her own, the duo had a bundle of joy chasing each other around their bright and cheery house. For anyone considering boarding their dog, you won’t go wrong with Capri. "I have always used house sitting with 2 regular sitters so Juno can remain in a familiar environment while the sitter lives at my place. But whenever I am away, he tends to stop eating or pooping for the first few days. The last time this happened was 2 years ago and I stopped solo travelling as I simply could not bear to part with him for weeks. Now that Juno is turning 4, I decided to try cat boarding so he might make some new friends, both human and feline, and have a fresh experience.
Sonia’s profile caught my eye because she has 2 lovely cats, Bella and Zoey, and years of experience. What really stood out was that she only accepts cats from 1 client at a time, which would give Juno the time and space to adjust. During the meet-and-greet, Sonia and her husband were very welcoming and reassuring, thus I felt confident to go on a short family road trip.
During Juno’s 4-night stay, Sonia sent me lots of photos, videos and updates. As expected, Juno did not eat much the first 2 nights. He even rejected treats, and hissed at times (which I had never seen before), but Sonia was super patient. She kept on engaging him, combed him, played with him and kept a close eye on his ear condition in case it flared up while I was away. Thankfully it did not. She also shared her own experiences with cats and reassured me. By the last 2 nights, Juno was more outgoing, even allowed belly rubs, rubbed noses with Zoey and explored outside the bedroom where he was 'stationed' throughout the stay. While he is not yet besties with Bella and Zoey, I am very hopeful they will become friends when I board him with Sonia again 😄"

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)
