"I can’t say enough good things about the couple who took care of my elderly dog while I was away. Leaving an older pet behind is never easy, but from the moment I met them, I felt completely at ease—and they absolutely lived up to that trust.
They were incredibly patient, attentive, and understanding of my dog’s needs. With age comes a slower pace and a few extra quirks, and they handled everything with such kindness and care. They made sure my dog was comfortable, well-fed, and given plenty of gentle attention and affection.
What I appreciated most was the regular updates—they kept me reassured with messages and photos, which clearly showed how relaxed and content my dog was in their care. It meant a lot to know my pet wasn’t just being “looked after,” but genuinely cared for.
When I returned, my dog was calm, happy, and clearly had been in very good hands. I’m truly grateful for the love and dedication they showed, and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for responsible, compassionate pet sitters."

"We had a wonderful experience boarding our dog with Ruby. From the very beginning, she took the time to get to know our dog’s personality, habits, and needs, which made the transition into a new environment smooth and stress-free.
One thing we truly appreciated was the daily updates throughout our trip. Knowing how our dog was doing each day gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our travels without worrying whether she was adapting well or being cared for properly.
Ruby also maintained our dog’s hygiene diligently, even though we did not specifically request it. Her attention to detail and genuine care for the dogs under her supervision really stood out.
Overall, the entire boarding experience was seamless, professional, and worry-free. Ruby is an exceptional caregiver, and we would not hesitate to entrust our dog to her again. Highly recommended!"

"Eugene and his girlfriend gave me the best dog boarding experience I have ever had. They looked after my two senior dogs, aged 15 and 13, with so much care and love, treating them as if they were their own.
I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. They were attentive, responsible, and clearly very experienced with dogs. I am truly grateful for how well they took care of them. Whenever I am in Singapore and need boarding, they will always be the first people I reach out to. "

"Jen was undoubtedly amazing with our dog. She truly loved and cared for our dog. Our dog gets anxious with new people and at time takes a while to feel comfortable and calm down. Jen was great and knows how to handle anxious dogs, with our dog soon feeling comfortable and calm in her house, and among her family. Jen shared pictures and videos daily which helped keep us at ease while being away from our dog. We are blessed to have met and found Jen. "

"I recently had the pleasure of having Mama Peggy pet sit my Shiba Inu, Xin Le, for three nights, and I couldn't be more delighted with her services. From the initial correspondence, she was incredibly professional and responsive. She arranged a meet and greet at her house to ensure that Xin Le would be comfortable with her and her home environment. During our chat, I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge of dog care. She even gave me some fantastic advice on organic food, which I adopted immediately.
Mama Peggy is truly a dog whisperer; she understands dog personalities exceptionally well. While I was away, she took excellent care of Xin Le, providing regular updates and photos of how he was doing each day. Her patient and pleasant demeanor made me feel very comfortable entrusting her with my furson.
She is the best of the best, and five stars is an understatement. I will definitely engage her services again in the future. Thank you, Mama Peggy!"

"We had a great awesome boarding experience with Mrs Koh! She is wonderful, meticulous, friendly and took care of our dog even better than us. She is the best pet sitter that we have ever encountered. Firstly, communication with her was great, she makes sure that she has details of our dog’s diet, routine and characteristics etc so that she has a better understanding of her. On the day of boarding, she walk my dog around her neighbourhood so that she can familiarise with the new surroundings.
Most importantly, Mrs Koh has two dogs and my dog loves company. She is adapting quickly and well because of her two wonderful dogs.
Mrs Koh gave us a lot a lot of updates! Updates that always sent throughout the day, the walks, meals taken and the cuddles etc. She even edit the videos and made them into videos for us to view. Without fail, she will bring my dog down for walks 4 times daily. On top of that, she even bring her to dog parks and Pasir Park to picnic. "

"We cannot thank Roxanne enough for the incredible care she gave our 7-month-old puppy, Leo, during his 4-day boarding while we were away on a short holiday. From the very first day, we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such loving, responsible, and capable hands.
Roxanne went above and beyond in every way. Leo enjoyed multiple walks daily, plenty of playtime, and so much love and attention — especially from her wonderful son, who was absolutely amazing with him. He spent so much time walking Leo and playing with him, treating him like his own. It was truly heart-warming to see how happy and comfortable Leo was with them.
What amazed us the most was the positive change in Leo’s behaviour when we brought him home. Before boarding, we always had to keep him in a playpen as he is still a puppy who loves to bite mats and plants. But after staying with Roxanne, he came home calmer, more disciplined, and so well-behaved. He happily walked around the living room, played quietly with his toys, slept on the sofa with us, and even chose to sleep on the living room floor.
The biggest surprise was his toilet habits — when he needed to pee, he actually walked into his playpen, used his pee tray, and walked out on his own. He did this twice, and we were completely amazed. It clearly shows how much effort, patience, and consistency Roxanne put into caring for and guiding him.
Throughout the 4 days, Roxanne kept us updated with photos and videos of Leo’s meals, walks, and playtime. We were constantly reassured and felt so peaceful knowing he was safe, happy, and having such a great time. She even woke up at 5am to feed him because that is his usual routine — she followed everything we shared so carefully that when we fetched him, there was no adjustment needed at all. He slept well, ate well, and was perfectly settled.
What touched us even more was that Roxanne checked in on Leo the day after he came home, just to make sure he was well and settled. That level of care and genuine concern is truly rare.
Roxanne is not just a pet boarder — she treats your pet like her own family. Her warmth, dedication, responsibility, and love for animals really shine through in everything she does. We feel so blessed to have found her, and there is no doubt that Leo will be going back to her again whenever we travel.
Highly, highly recommended. Roxanne is simply the best! 💕🐾"

"It was a blessing finding Regina to take care of my dog, Skye, while I was away for 2 nights! She regularly sent me photos and videos of Skye, which really gave me peace of mind knowing that he was well taken care of. I did not have to worry at all while I was away, and that’s probably the best thing you can ask for when leaving your dog with someone else.
Will definitely be engaging Regina again for my year-end holiday. At least now I know I can go on holiday without worrying about my boy! 😂

"Bailey was well taken care of by Cliff during our holidays. He sent daily updates and it was really great to see the two of them cuddling up. He was detailed with care instructions before the stay commenced, and also took good note of our requirements. Big kudos with feeding as he managed to get Bailey to eat from the first meal with hand feeding. She usually only starts eating from the second meal with other sitters. Will definitely look to Cliff again for future dogcations!"

"I don't normally post reviews online but this was my first time boarding Lola and I must say, I'm very satisfied with the service. I was initially panicky and apprehensive because I had to make a urgent last minute booking and didn't have time for a meet & greet, but Lynne patiently answered all my questions and concerns. She was incredibly accommodating with the timings for my impromptu trip, which seriously saved me.
What really stood out to me was Lynne's attention to detail and proactive updates. She took time to ask about Lola's routine, habits, and preferences and even made detailed notes to ensure Lola felt right at home. It was clear there and then that Lynne is incredibly meticulous and invested in Lola's comfort. Without me asking, Lynne also sent frequent photos, videos, and messages, reassuring me that Lola was happy and well-cared for. I can tell that Lynne and her family showered Lola with lots of love and playtime during her stay there. Additionally, Lynne helped reinforce habits of Lola's that I wanted to adjust, which I was thankful for.
I'm really grateful that I found Lynne despite my booking being last minute. I'll definitely look for Lynne again for her services and will recommend her to anyone who's looking for someone trustworthy and caring."

"Janaki, is a wonderful pet sitter. My usual pet sitter was travelling and hence I had to go with some one else. both me and my wife were worried if Miko would adapt well with the new pet sitter. however, moment we met Janaki our concerns were put aside. she really took good care of miko and provided updates multiple times during day-to-day which was really appreciated. "My first pet boarding experience and Nancy has TOP it off 100% by making me feel secure, safe and happy that my dog Gatsby has been very well taken care of!! She was really beyond my expectations and I wasn’t even worried during my 10days of overseas trip. She loves Gatsby like it was her own and sent daily photos, videos update. She even made a video story after the boarding. Her place is really nice and clean, around her estate is really good for dog walks which allows my dog to relieve quickly. Her balcony allows my dog to roam and chill. She makes sure she follows the timing meets to my dog walking and meals requirements. I will definitely come back to her again in my next trip."
