"Janaki, is a wonderful pet sitter. My usual pet sitter was travelling and hence I had to go with some one else. both me and my wife were worried if Miko would adapt well with the new pet sitter. however, moment we met Janaki our concerns were put aside. she really took good care of miko and provided updates multiple times during day-to-day which was really appreciated. I will sure reach out to her, when I travel next time."

"We had such a wonderful experience with Mei Jun and her husband, Jun Long, taking care of our Nori for 4D3N!
From our very first meet-up, they were so friendly, warm and inviting, which immediately made us feel comfortable leaving Nori with them. They also made the effort to ask lots of detailed questions about Nori’s routine, personality, feeding, exercise, behaviour and medical needs. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to understand him and make sure he was comfortable during his stay.
Nori is a very friendly boy who loves humans and doesn’t like being alone, so we were especially happy knowing he was in such caring hands (Mei Jun’s parents love animals too!).
It happened to be Nori’s 5th birthday during his stay, and they went the extra mile to celebrate it with him! It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture 🥰

"Joel and his wife were absolutely wonderful with Simba, and I would happily give them 5/5 stars (or more if I could)!
Our Simba is super active, and Joel made sure he got his morning walks and evening dog-run sessions every day, while also keeping closely to his feeding schedule. What we appreciated most was the regular morning and evening updates, which Joel sent without us ever having to ask. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Simba was happy, well cared for and in good hands while we were away. Simba enjoyed his time with Yuki as well!
Joel is reliable, trustworthy and responsible, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about Simba’s well-being. We felt completely at ease throughout the entire stay.
We would absolutely recommend Joel to anyone looking for a dependable and caring pet sitter, and we would be very happy to have him look after Simba again! 😊"

"Tracy is a fantastic sitter. My pet easily get used to her because she can really understand what the cat wants. Her dedicated service removed my anxiety while I travelled because her monitoring my cat with care was delivered constantly as daily report. Environment for my cat was really considerable such as toys, cat tree at pet dedicated room. My cat really enjoyed especially view from cat tree. Furthermore, her arrangement was very organized and efficient. I really appreciated her prompt arrangement when I pick up / pass my cat to her on my way to the airport. "We entrusted Milo to her care for our 8-day vacation, and from the start, she was reassuring and gave us confidence that Milo would be well looked after while we were away.
It was evident that she is an experienced dog boarder. She took the effort to follow Milo’s routines closely, from administering his NexGard on schedule and keeping up with his toothbrushing routine, to taking him on his regular walks and ensuring he had playtime and attention.

"Had a great experience leaving my Shih Tzu, Coffee, in their care. From the start, they were thoughtful and responsible, taking the time to understand Coffee’s habits, routine, and needs before the stay.
Throughout the boarding period, I received regular updates and photos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Coffee was well looked after, comfortable, and receiving plenty of attention and care.
What I appreciated most was how patient and accommodating they were. They treated Coffee like one of their own and made sure he settled in well. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly had a wonderful time.

"We discovered Guo Wei when searching for a nearby pet sitter, and we couldn't be more delighted with our experience. From our initial meeting with Guowei and our dog Spanner, it was clear he is a true animal lover. He took the time to get to know Spanner, showed us where she would spend her time, and carefully observed her interaction with his dog Bebin before committing to boarding her.
Throughout Spanner's stay, Guowei kept us updated on her well-being with regular photos of her enjoying walks around the neighborhood and her delicious meals—each picture was truly Instagram-worthy! It's safe to say Spanner had such a fantastic time that she seemed a bit down upon returning home, clearly missing the wonderful environment Guowei provided.

"It’s my first time leaving my 10 years old senior Pomeranian in someone else’s care and I’m extremely lucky to have found Yuki! Yuki made sure to send me multiple videos (coupled with voiceovers that are filled with lots of love) and photo updates throughout my 6 days trip. She made sure Saber never missed his super early medications and even sent me feeding updates daily. Because of her frequent updates, I never missed a single moment of Saber’s staycation and cute interactions with fellow extremely adorable doggies at her beautiful home. Yuki truly treated Saber like her own and even brought him out on outdoor adventures with Kai (he’s such a gentle giant!) to the reservoir and beach which I’m extremely grateful for. If you’re looking for a pet sitter who will treat your furbaby like their own and will ensure they have the best time of their life and be well taken care of while you’re away, look no further.
