"Big thank you to Celeste for taking such good care of my 9mo beagle!
Her attention to detail and level of cleanliness is top notch.
She walks the puppy for 3-4km twice a day and does a wipe down every walk and meal.
She’s also very patient and accommodating to my schedule and the puppy’s requirement.

"Our dogs had an amazing time with Angel.
They were looked after lovingly like they were her own dogs. Daily updates were also given to let us know that they were ok and eating well.
Angel is one of those that you can leave your dogs knowing that they will be well taken care of without any questions.

"I highly recommend Kate to take care of your cat. My cat boarded with her for a few nights and she sent me photos/updates frequently. It was easy to see how much Kate and her family love cats. "Meng Chiang is a very easy-going and kind person and treats my Shiba Inu very nice. He gives constant updates about my dog and put my mind at ease. He also sticks to recommended routine. The best thing I like about Meng Chiang is that there is only one dog in the house and my dog gets all the attention and care, with no fear of being bullied or bitten by other dogs. "We boarded our corgi puppy with Angela in April for 6 days and she and her hubby (Luis) have been the best care takers ever! Though our 8mth old puppy was super cheeky and always wanted to disturb their dogs, as well as bite anything that he sees, she still treated him really well. You can see that they both really have a golden heart for animals esp when we saw how they took great care of their own pets. She even prepared daily delicious food for my pup and my pup lovedddd it. They also make sure they brought him for walks frequently and when he came home he was always so exhausted but happy. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to board their pets here because they both provide immaculate service 👍🏼"

"I don't normally post reviews online but this was my first time boarding Lola and I must say, I'm very satisfied with the service. I was initially panicky and apprehensive because I had to make a urgent last minute booking and didn't have time for a meet & greet, but Lynne patiently answered all my questions and concerns. She was incredibly accommodating with the timings for my impromptu trip, which seriously saved me.
What really stood out to me was Lynne's attention to detail and proactive updates. She took time to ask about Lola's routine, habits, and preferences and even made detailed notes to ensure Lola felt right at home. It was clear there and then that Lynne is incredibly meticulous and invested in Lola's comfort. Without me asking, Lynne also sent frequent photos, videos, and messages, reassuring me that Lola was happy and well-cared for. I can tell that Lynne and her family showered Lola with lots of love and playtime during her stay there. Additionally, Lynne helped reinforce habits of Lola's that I wanted to adjust, which I was thankful for.
I'm really grateful that I found Lynne despite my booking being last minute. I'll definitely look for Lynne again for her services and will recommend her to anyone who's looking for someone trustworthy and caring."

"Diana & James were the perfect temporary Mom & Dad to our Golden Retriever puppy. They really treated our puppy as their own, showering her with tender love & care. They always give regular updates to us twice a day. Our Golden Retriever puppy lived comfortably at their residence without any sign of anxiety. They brought our puppy on walkies twice a day & took awesome photos & portraits. Our puppy is healthy throughout the stay. There was once they showered her, and she looked truly enjoying it. I wholeheartedly recommend their service.
And yes, they involved our puppy in their CNY 2024 bai nian as well. That was so so so cute. God bless to this kind family of Diana, James & their beautiful dog, Pepper.

"Tif took care of our two fur baby cats. She was so attentive and gave us daily updates with pics and videos. Even giving some treats too! We’re in Australia and our cats in Singapore and we felt so relaxed know they were in such good hands. She even coordinated with the company handling their relocation back to Australia. Would recommend Tif to take care of your fur babies too. "

"Yi Zhi and his family looked after Flora for 11 consecutive days during my holidays. He provided videos, photos and updates on her constantly. It was clear they treated her as a family member and showered her with love and affection. This was further proved when I saw how happy she was under their presence and how sad she became when we left their place, and she suddenly started to cry and tried to reach their condo’s door again. First time this lhappened for a pet sitter, and we have tried several times Pawshake before. Will definitely arrange for future home boarding services with this lovely family! "

"Beatriz was AMAZING with our beloved dog a pug named Goose.
Her communication was fantastic, our dog was happy and relaxed his whole stay. We received lots of photos and videos of him playing, eating and getting lots of love!
