"In our search for a pet sitter for our dog, Spangs, we found Kian Min. Our initial meet up (with our dog of course) was positive. My family felt the love and happiness that radiates from Kiam Min and his wife when they interacted with Spangs. They took the time to find out more about her before deciding if they can commit to the boarding.
We are blessed to have crossed path with the lovely couple. We were given a comprehensive list of items to bring along for Spangs’ stay with them and the list shows his experience in taking care of dogs. These are the things that I would have packed for Spangs for any boarding stint. Our dog had a sudden case of skin inflammation that required medication during her stay and Kian Min administered the medicine. We were reassured by his comforting words – ‘We’ll take good care of Spangs & will treat her as our own’.
Kian Min made sure that we were kept abreast of Spangs’ well-being. We were sent daily photos of her enjoying her walks in various parts of the estates. They were tricked by Spangs into carrying her home when she was tired of walking. She was brought to the room to sleep (sometimes sleeping with their son in air-con comfort). We think Spangs enjoyed herself too much. She was moping at home, obviously missing the wonderful time she had at Kian Min’s place.
I will highly recommend Kian Min. He provided a loving, safe, and homely environment for Spangs. My family was able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she is taken good care of.

"Jeanette is very friendly and she showers my dogs with lots of love. I like that my dogs were able to roam around the house without being crate. She cares for my dogs safety and will update us about their well being daily. She takes care of my dogs and ensure they get their routines as much as the same when they are at home. Great pet sitter. "Our dog Olaf is the only ‘furkid’ we have at home so we are worry about her being able to get along with resident dog while we are away. Our mind was immediately put to ease when we met Yuko & Coconut. Yuko is a caring and loving dog lover who is organise and pay attention to details. Coconut is a friendly and kind dog who is the most ideal ‘play paw’ for Olaf. Olaf had a great staycation bonding with Yuko, her family and Coconut. Our confidence of engaging a paw sitter grew after this great experience and will highly recommend Yuko to anyone who is looking for a responsible paw sitter."

"Yazhi and her family took good care of mooncake while we were away. Mooncake felt comfortable with them since the 1st meet and greet. During their care, she was happy, she made friends and she behaved her true self like she was with us. Yazhi prepared for mooncake's stay and also, gave us daily updates of her wellbeing. "We had such a wonderful experience with Melissa taking care of Jojo for 2 weeks! 🐶❤️
As first-time dog parents, we were naturally a little worried about leaving Jojo for such a long period, but Melissa took such great care of him and gave us so much peace of mind. Jojo was well looked after, happy, and comfortable throughout his stay.
Melissa was attentive to his needs, patient with him, and kept us updated regularly with photos and videos, which we really appreciated. It was also clear that she genuinely cared about Jojo and treated him like one of her own. 🥰
Jojo came home happy, healthy and full of energy, and we could tell he had a great time with Melissa. We’re so grateful for all the love and care she gave him during those 2 weeks.

"Recently left my doggy with Vera for 12 nights. It was a wonderful staycation for him as Vera really dotes on him like how she does to her own furby. She will update me daily with pictures and videos of his activities. And quick to let me know of any issues. And there is always someone around in her family so Taro has no lack of companions.
He returned home, happy and relaxed. Reckon he has an enjoyable stay with Vera's boarding home. Appreciate her TLC during this period. I will not hesitate to leave him under the care of Vera next time."

"We cannot thank Roxanne enough for the incredible care she gave our 7-month-old puppy, Leo, during his 4-day boarding while we were away on a short holiday. From the very first day, we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such loving, responsible, and capable hands.
Roxanne went above and beyond in every way. Leo enjoyed multiple walks daily, plenty of playtime, and so much love and attention — especially from her wonderful son, who was absolutely amazing with him. He spent so much time walking Leo and playing with him, treating him like his own. It was truly heart-warming to see how happy and comfortable Leo was with them.
What amazed us the most was the positive change in Leo’s behaviour when we brought him home. Before boarding, we always had to keep him in a playpen as he is still a puppy who loves to bite mats and plants. But after staying with Roxanne, he came home calmer, more disciplined, and so well-behaved. He happily walked around the living room, played quietly with his toys, slept on the sofa with us, and even chose to sleep on the living room floor.
The biggest surprise was his toilet habits — when he needed to pee, he actually walked into his playpen, used his pee tray, and walked out on his own. He did this twice, and we were completely amazed. It clearly shows how much effort, patience, and consistency Roxanne put into caring for and guiding him.
Throughout the 4 days, Roxanne kept us updated with photos and videos of Leo’s meals, walks, and playtime. We were constantly reassured and felt so peaceful knowing he was safe, happy, and having such a great time. She even woke up at 5am to feed him because that is his usual routine — she followed everything we shared so carefully that when we fetched him, there was no adjustment needed at all. He slept well, ate well, and was perfectly settled.
What touched us even more was that Roxanne checked in on Leo the day after he came home, just to make sure he was well and settled. That level of care and genuine concern is truly rare.
Roxanne is not just a pet boarder — she treats your pet like her own family. Her warmth, dedication, responsibility, and love for animals really shine through in everything she does. We feel so blessed to have found her, and there is no doubt that Leo will be going back to her again whenever we travel.
Highly, highly recommended. Roxanne is simply the best! 💕🐾"

"I recently had the pleasure of having Mama Peggy pet sit my Shiba Inu, Xin Le, for three nights, and I couldn't be more delighted with her services. From the initial correspondence, she was incredibly professional and responsive. She arranged a meet and greet at her house to ensure that Xin Le would be comfortable with her and her home environment. During our chat, I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge of dog care. She even gave me some fantastic advice on organic food, which I adopted immediately.
Mama Peggy is truly a dog whisperer; she understands dog personalities exceptionally well. While I was away, she took excellent care of Xin Le, providing regular updates and photos of how he was doing each day. Her patient and pleasant demeanor made me feel very comfortable entrusting her with my furson.

"Great sitter who looked after x2 dogs well. She Understand Shibainu nature ie not very friendly to the other dogs, for example took them to dog run when they were alone. Basically she only have one booking at a time which indeed fit to my dogs.

"Even though Janet is new to pet sitting, I entrusted my dog to her care, and I’m really glad I did! She took great care of my dog and was very attentive throughout the entire stay. "Angela's awesome! I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have found Angela to look after our Cavapoo. There are dog sitters... and then there's that special someone like Angela who not only loves dogs, is passionate about them, and genuinely cares and does her best to look after your furbaby.
From the meet and greet, I could tell how she has a gift with animals, and is able to manage them with ease and love, and also be firm with them when needed. The house is also very very clean, neat and odourless.
I appreciated the regular updates and ease of communications, and her good nature meant that the entire process was very smooth and pleasant.
My furbaby came back happy and well taken care of, and I certainly would highly recommend Angela to anyone who is looking for a dog sitter or something to board your precious doggy with!!"
