"Had a great experience leaving my Shih Tzu, Coffee, in their care. From the start, they were thoughtful and responsible, taking the time to understand Coffee’s habits, routine, and needs before the stay.
Throughout the boarding period, I received regular updates and photos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Coffee was well looked after, comfortable, and receiving plenty of attention and care.
What I appreciated most was how patient and accommodating they were. They treated Coffee like one of their own and made sure he settled in well. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly had a wonderful time.
Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter. Thank you again for taking such good care of Coffee!"

"Hi,
We used a dog sitter for the first time and encountered a lot of the caretaker. We chose Andy because he has a great knowledge of dogs and dog care. It also has a house suitable for this and allows the dog great freedom. I recommend Andy's dog sitter services. he was able to adapt easily to our 8 month old Shiba Inu who was still very energetic and sometimes unruly heads. He even knew how to give us advice to facilitate our return home and future education. Many thanks to Andy and his wife for their kindness towards animals.

"Loki had an amazing time at Grace’s place. Grace was attentive, constantly updating us about Loki throughout our trip and we were at ease knowing Loki is having a great time. Grace also took amazing pictures and videos, and we saw parts of Loki that we’ve never seen before (aka him being endearing to Grace’s cats). Will definitely send Loki to Grace in the future if we ever need pet boarding again. "

"I was going overseas and Ginger was unwell. I needed someone to take care of him while I was away and Heni has done a very good job!
She gave ginger a very spacious and comfortable room to sleep, play and bird watch in.
She invited me over to take a look at the room and assisted in setting up Ginger’s accommodation.
Heni made play time with Ginger fun and was punctual with his meal times. She went above and beyond and even checked the ingredients on his food and gave better alternatives.
I was given access to a 24/7 CCTV to check on my cat and his well being. Seeing how gentle Heni was when administering oral tablets and asthma inhaler to Ginger reassured me that she was an excellent caregiver.
She is very knowledgeable on cats and knows how to handle them very well.
I am grateful to have chanced upon Heni’s services and I know who to look for whenever I need a pet sitter! "

"There are many pet sitters available but none so dedicated and caring as Kelis and Mdm Eng. As my wife and I travel quite a bit, and we have no choice but to leave our beloved pet with a pet sitter each time we are out of the country together, hence we take great pains to try to find a good, reliable, trustworthy, pet sitter for our pet. That pet sitter must also be a genuine dog lover.
Kelis and Mdm Eng is an exemplary pet sitter. They came to our place to pick up Grumpy (our pet's name), brought him home and took very good care of Grumpy. They would examine Grumpy and if here is some abnormalities, be it skin rashes, they would immediately WhatsApp me to keep me informed. They would provide me with periodic pictures of Grumpy during the day for me to know how he is progressing with the new pet sitter.
When they returned Grumpy to us, Grumpy was happy, clean, and healthy. Not a teeny weeny bit of rash on his body.
We are extremely pleased with Kelis and Mdm Eng.
We will not hesitate to recommend Kelis and Mdm Eng to any pet owner that is looking for a caring and loving pet sitter for their beloved and precious pet.

"Thankful to Wei Cong & family to board my furkid at last minute despite she was not 100% toilet trained. Didn't know my furkid would exhibit separation anxiety, as it's her first boarding, on the day of my departure. Yet the young couple supported and reassured my family's 2 weeks travel plan. They were extremely patient to care for and slowly gained trust from my furkid. In the following days, my furkid became part of their happy family with loads of playing & belly rubs, tricks & treats, walks & runs, beautiful photos & memorable videos, cozy up in bed n couch n zzzz as part of family. Your time & effort is much appreciated by my family.❤️ Highly highly highly recommended as extremely reliable, responsible and easy to communicate boarders who genuinely love my furkid. Will definitely board my furkid with them again."

"An exceptionally patient and attentive caregiver who took outstanding care of my picky and fussy dog. She went above and beyond to keep my dog engaged and happy by providing enriching activities and puzzle toys throughout the stay.
Baz, her home-based dog, is incredibly friendly and gentle. His calm and sociable nature helped my dog feel comfortable and relaxed during the stay, making the experience even more positive. I truly appreciated the level of care, dedication, and understanding shown to my dog. Highly recommended."

"had left Elly to Yingying's care and it was definitely a great decision! Yingying was really caring towards Elly and she felt at ease very quickly even though it was her 1st time boarding over there. Yingying and Shiro played so well with Elly, and she got really cosy during board and we were so glad during our vacation!
Yingying also gave us some tips and feedback on Elly which was important, something that we can take note of when Elly is back with us too which shows how much she likes doggos!
We will definitely board Elly with Yingying during our next vacation and will recommend her to anyone who is looking for a caring boarder!!"

"Mukul and his family were very accommodating and friendly. My dog was well loved and taken care of during his stay at Mukul’s place. Knowing that my dog is not sociable with other dogs, he quickly offered to block his dates during that period so that my dog will be comfortable during his stay with them. While my dog was with them, he did not eat and drink well initially and this was flagged out to us immediately. Mukul also offered to feed him alternative food with our permission. Overall it was was a great experience and we would definitely engage his help again if we travel in future."

"My Nadine is an older dog (11 years old) and has been deaf since birth. She is also naturally skittish around new people and does not get along with everyone. However, when I picked her up after her staycation at Bryan’s, she whimpered and cried as Bryan walked away after handing her back to me. That alone speaks volumes and is testament to the level of care and comfort she must have received whilst staying with him.
Bryan kept me regularly updated on Nadine’s day-to-day behaviour and sent plenty of videos and photos. His dedication was evident throughout. Forest, Bryan’s gentle dog, was a lovely canine companion for Nadine such that he matched Nadine's pace and energy, which allowed them to get along well. Under Bryan's care, Nadine eventually warmed up, settled down, enjoyed long walks with Forest and even got to savour beef cubes.
Bryan, as dogs we know that our pets are like family to us, and I cannot thank you enough for looking after Nadine so well. It'd be any dog owner's privilege to have you board their pets while they are away. Clarence, Forest and you have been wonderful. Keep in touch 🙂"
