"Capri is an excellent host and a genuine dog-lover. My Cavapoo had a wonderful time during his 6 days of boarding. Capri and her partner took great care of my pet and ensured that he was never lonely or isolated. She shared almost 80 videos and pictures showing how much my pet thoroughly enjoys his time at their lovely home. Doing so also assured us pawrents, a peace of mind that he was well taken care of when we were away. Capri was given a set of care instructions, and she executed them with finesse. Having a senior dog of her own, the duo had a bundle of joy chasing each other around their bright and cheery house. For anyone considering boarding their dog, you won’t go wrong with Capri. If there is a Michelin score for dog boarders, Capri will be a definite winner. Thank you, Capri."

"Lea and Max were the best dog sitters we have ever had! Usually I'm filled with anxiety when I leave my dogs with sitters for the first time but I honestly think my dogs had a better time with them than us! They had excellent communication and we loved having the daily updates of all of their adventures. They loved them like they were their own dogs. Literally the best dog sitters and we would not hesitate to use them again. "

"Jasmine is a very good dog sitter, I highly recommend her! Our dog stayed the first time with Jasmine and it went perfectly well! Jasmine was very attentive and responsible, she took care of our dog and considered all the smallest details regarding her food, character, etc. She updated me several times per day with photo and video. "Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"I have always used house sitting with 2 regular sitters so Juno can remain in a familiar environment while the sitter lives at my place. But whenever I am away, he tends to stop eating or pooping for the first few days. The last time this happened was 2 years ago and I stopped solo travelling as I simply could not bear to part with him for weeks. Now that Juno is turning 4, I decided to try cat boarding so he might make some new friends, both human and feline, and have a fresh experience.
Sonia’s profile caught my eye because she has 2 lovely cats, Bella and Zoey, and years of experience. What really stood out was that she only accepts cats from 1 client at a time, which would give Juno the time and space to adjust. During the meet-and-greet, Sonia and her husband were very welcoming and reassuring, thus I felt confident to go on a short family road trip.
During Juno’s 4-night stay, Sonia sent me lots of photos, videos and updates. As expected, Juno did not eat much the first 2 nights. He even rejected treats, and hissed at times (which I had never seen before), but Sonia was super patient. She kept on engaging him, combed him, played with him and kept a close eye on his ear condition in case it flared up while I was away. Thankfully it did not. She also shared her own experiences with cats and reassured me. By the last 2 nights, Juno was more outgoing, even allowed belly rubs, rubbed noses with Zoey and explored outside the bedroom where he was 'stationed' throughout the stay. While he is not yet besties with Bella and Zoey, I am very hopeful they will become friends when I board him with Sonia again 😄"

"It was the first time I sent my dog to Sharon. She and her family had taken care of my dog very well and my dog looked very happy during his stay with her family. She even took the initiative to count the freeze dried nuggets on the 1st day of the stay and informed me that they weren't sufficient for all my dog's meals and would give him some of her cooked food. We felt safe and assured to put our dog under her care."

"We left Buddy with Megan for a long stay (20 days) and were extremely happy with how everything went. We chose Megan as a sitter because she has her own dogs and clearly knew what was involved with looking after dogs. She also looks after other dogs and so we knew that Buddy would not be bored and have plenty of company. Buddy was on a course of medication when we dropped him off which Megan diligently continued with. She also provided us with regular updates so we could see that Buddy was having a good time. We will certainly contact Megan again next time we need a sitter."

"I would give Vera 10 stars if I could! She took such great care of our 17 year old dog, Cookie, that he was genuinely depressed to return home to us!! Vera is very experienced with dogs and was able to cater and adapt to our dog's changing needs settling into a new environment. Vera was very communicative throughout the booking process and during Cookie's week-long stay. This included daily photo updates that really put us at ease while our family was overseas.
