"I would give Vera 10 stars if I could! She took such great care of our 17 year old dog, Cookie, that he was genuinely depressed to return home to us!! Vera is very experienced with dogs and was able to cater and adapt to our dog's changing needs settling into a new environment. Vera was very communicative throughout the booking process and during Cookie's week-long stay. This included daily photo updates that really put us at ease while our family was overseas. Vera is a very caring and dedicated dog-sitter and I would recommend her without any hesitation. "

"David and Lin are first class dog sitters. We left our 1 year old dog in their capable hands for 6 nights. They are a family who loves dogs, and they kept in daily contact with us with photos and videos while we were on holiday which was very much appreciated. They are very experienced and knowledgeable about dogs and will follow any specific routines or needs your dog may have. Our dog settled in well and was very happy. Would definitely recommend! "

"Highly Recommend Shirley for Dog Boarding!
Larry and Haru stayed with Shirley and her family for dog boarding and they had an amazing time! She took such good care of them, and it was clear they felt right at home.
Larry, who’s usually shy, warmed up to her so quickly and Haru, our little rascal, had so much fun. Her kids loved playing with the dogs, which made the whole experience even better as they kept each other happily occupied. Shirley kept us updated with photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind throughout.
Thank you Shirley for treating them like your own. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for dog boarding! 🐾😊"

"We were very blessed to have Lyn and her beautiful family taking care of Domo while we were away. Lyn was very meticulous and into every detail of Domo’s needs. This included feeding her with an oral tablet an hour before mealtimes. Her girls were especially proactive in caring for Domo 🫶. They have showered Domo with lots of love and care, making Domo very comfortable as she can be timid and manja. Will definitely leave Domo with Lyn in the future. Lyn also sent across photo or video update daily. Highly recommended!"

"It was my first time using Pawshake, and I’m truly grateful to have found Claire. From our initial communication before the booking, I immediately felt she was the perfect person to care for Ren while I was away. I booked a two-night boarding, and thanks to Claire (and Zac), I was able to fully enjoy my trip with complete peace of mind knowing my furkid was in safe hands. "Lin and Stefano were amazing! I got very regular updates including pictures and even videos. From talking with them you can easily see these are experienced dog owners and experienced dog sitters who know what they are doing. I felt at ease leaving my dog Yasmin with them even if I was half way around the world. Yasmin even had a doggy friend to play with which was a treat for her. Communication was quick and easy all the way from initial contact throughout the entire stay. I would contact Lin should I need a dog sitter again."

"Susie had a great 2 weeks stay with Andrew. He was very patient with her, especially when it came to her eating habits given that she is a senior doggo (15). He also updated us regularly with her antics and daily routine. 👍🏻 I am sure Susie had lots of fun playing with the other dogs being a single dog at home. As he took in only 2 overlapping bookings, he was able to provide them with sufficient care and attention throughout. I am so glad to find a reliable and loving sitter staying nearby. "Trisha was such a darling pet sitter. She sent frequent updates about my Pet poodle with photos and videos everyday. She updated on well-being of my Pet, and was very cautious with her. Her home was absolutely cozy & pet-friendly. I have no worries at all when I was away.

"It was 110% the right choice made to leave Hazel with Celine while we went on our family holiday.
I communicated with Celine like less than 48 hours before bringing Hazel over so I am extra thankful for taking her in on short notice. She also set up a group chat for easy communication upon confirmation and was very open about adding family members in it so everyone is updated on the our pet's well-being.
My family brought Hazel over and was impressed at her living space. With our number one priority being no other dogs being around the same space as Hazel, Celine's place was perfect because Hazel doesnt have any of her own.
Celine and Xavier orientated us around their living space and can see that they are have a very natural animal lovers vibe through their interaction with Hazel. The best part was Hazel was also comfortable around them and was exploring their place which made us felt very at ease.
Shortly after we left, leaving Hazel behind at her "boarding place" (which was really like a holiday staycation for her!), Celine texted with a video showing Hazel's behaviour and that left us feeling that she is in really good hands.
Things that made us felt at ease during our holidays:
- Xavier was constantly updating us with videos and photos of her walks and even given us some really beautiful photos of Hazel.
-There were good night photos to show that Hazel was able to rest comfortably.
- Celine knew it was Hazel's first time away from family after 12 years and she even went back on her lunch break during work to see how she was doing.
- When Hazel didnt finish her food, Celine actually hand fed her to ensure she didnt starve herself due to being in a new environment. she even made warm milk to let Hazel finish her kibbles on her own, which she did!
- Hazel got to experience a dog park without dog and was given a great time off leash, accompanied with a video to share with us the beautiful experience. (dog park was fenced up and it was a morning with no other dogs around so very safe!)
- Celine was also acute enough to notice Hazel's right eye was producing more mucus than usual and notified us while cleaning her up. That shows how much they actually cared for a pet that is not even their own. So much heart really!
I strongly recommend Celine and Xavier for pet boarding services as they are really people with a heart for animals (some things you just can feel, apart from seeing the obvious through the way they texted and updated us!)
It was our first family trip since we've had Hazel and my Dad's number 1 concern was her well-being while we were gone. Celine and Xavier made 100% sure that all those concerns can be put aside safely. Our entire family were extremely happy with the pet boarding experience they have provided us with!
Communication was very easy as they are super responsive! Obviously, Celine has a life to live as well so I do not expect immediate replies as soon as I text. But the updates they gave were really more than what we expected!
Super thankful to have found them and definitely will recommmend others and also let Hazel go for another staycation at their place if we were to go for another family holiday!
Honestly, nothing made us question or felt that anything was off. It was more assuring than we could ever imagine engaging a pet boarding service from a stranger!"
