"After having rather unpleasant experiences boarding CJ at pet shops, I’m so glad to have found Jancy whom I recently engaged for boarding during my short trip overseas.
During the meet-and-greet session, Jancy showed us around her place where she housed the dogs. She patiently explained her services to us and allowed ample time for CJ to settle down in the new environment. I especially liked the idea that the place is cage free which allowed the dogs to socialize and learn to live with a pack. There was plenty of space for the dogs to roam around and retreat to their quiet corners for an afternoon nap. The floor was also very clean, definitely a plus point for me. So, we decided to go ahead with the plan.
On the first day of boarding, Jancy kindly offered to pick CJ up so that we didn’t have to travel to her place to drop CJ off. Jancy exudes a calm demeanor and my mother was pleasantly surprised that CJ did not struggle at all when she handed him over.
During our trip, Jancy would send us daily updates of CJ in the morning, afternoon and evening. The videos and pictures sent always showed a very contented, energetic and playful CJ. Seeing that he was having a whale of his time really eased the family’s worry. Over time, I also noticed that CJ became more confident and less reactive around the other dogs. It really heartens me that he is learning to socialize as we are unable to simulate such an environment for him at home.
Thank you for your care and abundant love for CJ, Jancy! CJ definitely enjoyed his pawcation and is missing his pawfriends already (we are considering daycare so that he can reunite and play with them again haha).

"Our goldie enjoyed her stay with Jay, although it was abit too short for her to get settled. Location of their condo was nice and quiet with lots of greenery and walking paths to sniff. We also appreciated how Jay paid attention and followed our care instructions for our dog."

"Anna has been such a good care taker to Soya when we were away. Always have activities prepared for my active dog. Keeping him very entertained and happy. Communication was great! We were constantly updated w videos and pictures of Soya having fun!!! Highly recommended!"

"We were so lucky to have picked Susan & Adam (also their pet dog, Nana) as Peanut's nanny while we were away for 8 nights. Peanut was a shy pup since she hardly socialise. I was kind of worried that Peanut may experienced separation anxiety but I was totally wrong. She warmed up real fast and learnt from Nana what and how to "play". Nana was like her elder sister. Susan constantly fed us with lots of photos and videos (including creating daily collage) of peanuts :) We could see that Peanut was enjoying her staycation. We really appreciate their dedication, communication and superb care they had offered during peanut's stay. We are glad, we found them!"

"Although I’ve known about PawShake for a while I was a little skeptical about using the service to find a pet sitter because I’ve always previously gone with personal recommendations but we needed to find a reliable pet sitter who lives close by that would be happy to board our 2 small dogs in their home.
Victoria was amongst a handful of pet sitters who lived close by and in actual fact after chatting via message and then meeting her and her husband I knew our boys would be well looked after so had no hesitation in making a booking.
Throughout our vacation Victoria gave frequent updates, photos and asked any questions to make sure that the care she was giving them was as good as they were use to at home - which it was. The added bonus was that our Westie and her dog, Spencer bonded like they had always been friends!
It goes without saying that our boys will be boarding with Victoria again soon."

"Xander had a great time at Alicia's for a day of dog boarding at her apartment, she catered for a pre-boarding greeting with her dog Casper to see if our boys can gel well before the boarding.
During the boarding she was very communicative and updates us on how Xander is doing.
Overall I am very happy with the experience and looking forward to let Xander hang out with Casper again"

We're impressed with Candy & her hubby's care & love for my dog, who has never been away from us. They managed to calm her down from anxiety within a short period, and she soon opened up to them.
My timid dog, who is afraid of other dogs, learnt to socialise with their calm & friendly resident dog who is like a big sister, indulging her when she hijacks her bed & toys. She also let my dog get all the cuddles she wants, never fighting for attention.
We appreciate the regular message updates, videos & photos from Candy on our dog while we're away. Knowing she's in good hands, we could enjoy our vacation while our dog enjoys her staycay. If we travel again, we would definitely engage Candy's petsitting services. "

"We are very happy to have found Linda to take care of our little girl while we were away. Linda gives regular updates and alerts us to any conditions she observes of chiciolina. "Extremely happy with the care given to our dog Ruffles. Ruffles is an elderly dog who cannot walk anymore and required high maintenance - diapers, medications, etc. Jyune took such good care of Ruffles (and at short notice) that she came back smelling and looking better than when she got there! They are true dog lovers and I would not hesitate to recommend Jyune as a dog sitter."

"We are so grateful to have found Jon & his wife while we were on vacation for 2 weeks. They took care and loved our Goldendoodle Django like their own and we could tell that our dog was very happy, comfortable and loved at their place. They took special care in helping to feed our fussy eater, brought him on long walks and runs and even let him on their bed. They also sent lots of picture and video updates that gave us a peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be boarding Django with them again when we need to and we're happy to have found a reliable and loving home away from home for him."
