"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. "Thanks, Margaux! Margaux took wonderful care of our dog, Maya, and we felt very fortunate to have found her. She was warm, attentive, and extremely responsive throughout, which made the whole experience very reassuring for us.
Maya immediately felt comfortable around Margaux, and it was clear that she genuinely enjoys spending time with the dogs she looks after. Margaux kept us updated with messages, videos and photos, and it was lovely to see how relaxed and happy Maya was in her care.
What stood out most was Margaux’s kindness and natural ability with animals. Maya clearly enjoyed being around her, and we came back to a very content and well-cared-for pup.

"Meryl is such a patient and loving sitter . We had our mini Australian Shepherd, Hailey with her for day care and another for a 1N boarding and Hailey simply felt so comfortable and relaxed at their home. Hailey has an injured paw and needs some care/extra support in terms of massages , heat pack treatments and shorter walks .. and Meryl was very meticulous in understanding how we do it and applied them very attentively and carefully. We feel very safe and comfortable leaving our Hailey with her ..and we are convinced Hailey our pup is too staying there with her and her family!
Oh yes and of course all the photos and constant updates had us feeling great that Hailey was having fun there be it day care or boarding overnight there. "

"I recently had the pleasure of having Mama Peggy pet sit my Shiba Inu, Xin Le, for three nights, and I couldn't be more delighted with her services. From the initial correspondence, she was incredibly professional and responsive. She arranged a meet and greet at her house to ensure that Xin Le would be comfortable with her and her home environment. During our chat, I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge of dog care. She even gave me some fantastic advice on organic food, which I adopted immediately.
Mama Peggy is truly a dog whisperer; she understands dog personalities exceptionally well. While I was away, she took excellent care of Xin Le, providing regular updates and photos of how he was doing each day. Her patient and pleasant demeanor made me feel very comfortable entrusting her with my furson.
She is the best of the best, and five stars is an understatement. I will definitely engage her services again in the future. Thank you, Mama Peggy!"

"Our dog Olaf is the only ‘furkid’ we have at home so we are worry about her being able to get along with resident dog while we are away. Our mind was immediately put to ease when we met Yuko & Coconut. Yuko is a caring and loving dog lover who is organise and pay attention to details. Coconut is a friendly and kind dog who is the most ideal ‘play paw’ for Olaf. Olaf had a great staycation bonding with Yuko, her family and Coconut. "I’m beyond grateful for the wonderful care Christine provided for my dog during his 9-day staycation. She is such a caring and genuine pet lover who truly goes the extra mile. Not only did she make sure my dog was well-fed, happy, and comfortable, but her two sons also helped “co-parent” him throughout the stay, giving him so much love and attention.
What touched me most was how Christine took the initiative to shower my dog and even washed his bed and towel—tasks that were never expected but show how much she truly cares. I can tell my dog felt right at home and probably didn’t want to leave!

"Very friendly and patient, Joz. Everyday she will sent pictures and updates of my doggy. Smooth communication with her. On plus point, she does pickup and sending back of the doggy too with a very minimal fee.
To be frank, this is my first time engaging pet sitter and I was quite concerned about the safety, managing of my dog etc.. After chatting with Joz via the apps for few times, she is very assuring that my dog will be in her good hands. So I decided to go with her.
True enough, my dog was enjoying too 😅 when Joz sent those photographs to me. My doggy is always in smiling look 🐶🐶 Definitely will look for Joz again should I be leaving town 😝"

"Rachel had been very helpful , as I did a last minute booking and the process was smooth sailing. It is when you need help most, and not being rejected. Rachel did the check with some questionnaires before accepting my dog. About the dog's health,skin disease, behaviour and vaccines etc. Which I feel that it is so important because we don't want our dogs to get infected by others. So, this is another plus point for Rachel.
Snowy my dog had been very loved by her and her family. She is careful with my dog's food and separates her bowl with her other dog when eating because Snowy is vegetarian.
Rachel is responsible and reliable. I would highly recommend her. "
