"We had such a wonderful experience with Moon. From the start, communication was prompt and reassuring, and throughout the stay we received regular updates and photos. Our fur kid, Soya, was clearly loved and well cared for, coming home happy and relaxed. It gave us such peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be booking with Moon again and highly recommend her to any pet owner looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate."

"Mukul and his family were very accommodating and friendly. My dog was well loved and taken care of during his stay at Mukul’s place. Knowing that my dog is not sociable with other dogs, he quickly offered to block his dates during that period so that my dog will be comfortable during his stay with them. While my dog was with them, he did not eat and drink well initially and this was flagged out to us immediately. Mukul also offered to feed him alternative food with our permission. Overall it was was a great experience and we would definitely engage his help again if we travel in future."

"We couldn’t be more thrilled to have found Janice to care for our fur baby, Liliana Bean! She gave us updates and photos throughout the day which eased our minds and allowed us to enjoy our holiday. She was very attentive to Lily’s routine and made sure she was as comfortable as possible. Her pups, Bailey and Whiskey are super playful and easy to get along with. Lily acclimated to her new friends and environment so well thanks to Janice’s warm demeanor. We’re confident that we found our go to sitter! "

"We regularly use Cassandra’s dog boarding service. She has consistently taken excellent care of Bobo and he is always super excited whenever we dropped him at her place 😆 We can see how extremely comfortable and happy Bobo is whenever he gets to stay with her….In fact, Bobo never wants to leave her place whenever we pick him up 😂😅 lol which makes me a little jealous at times. Thank you so much for loving Bobo and always taking such wonderful care of him!"

"I've placed my two little dogs (a Maltese & Maltipoo) under Rachel's care on multiple occasions, including boarding, and I couldn't be happier with the level of attention and care they received. Rachel, along with her helper, went above and beyond to ensure my pets felt comfortable and welcomed. Both of my doggos have separation anxiety, so having someone constantly present was a huge relief. Rachel provides regular video updates, for instance during feeding and playtime, which reassured me that genuine care and attention were given to my furkids.
Waffle is particularly picky when it comes to food and requires hand-feeding. Rachel willingly catered to this special requirement and also suggested alternative diets that Waffle now loves. She also fed them with homemade beef treats! Additionally, she noticed that their nails were overgrown and took the initiative to trim them, showing her attentiveness to my pets’ well-being. Despite my dogs not being fully housebroken, Rachel was understanding and patient, never making me feel like it was an inconvenience. Another aspect I appreciate is that she has her own furkids, so my dogs could interact with hers, creating a fun play environment during their stay.
We’re very grateful to Rachel, her flexibility and willingness to work with my pets' individual needs are truly commendable. Highly recommend Rachel as a pet sitter, especially if your furry friend has separation anxiety or specific feeding requirements!

"Ling was an angel and we couldn't ask for more.
It was a last minute booking during a public holiday weekend and having never boarded our dogs before (hearing horror stories of blinded eyes and tick infestations) we started exploring home-boarding options with the hope to find a loving & intimate environment instead of one that is professional albeit aloof, as we felt that would be the best experience for our furbabies. We of course had our fair share of concerns in the reliability of a more casual environment and had to take a leap of faith but after this experience with Ling I cannot say that we could have made any better decision.
I dropped off the dogs a day before leaving for our holiday and by the time I left, Ling had managed to help us feel completely at ease that our dogs would be in really good care. She proactively made sure she had the information she needed on ours and our dogs' habits and preferences and spammed us with lots of updates and discoveries throughout the day, everyday. She also remained flexible with requests and was more than happy to extend her stay when my return was severely delayed due to unexpected circumstances.
Our babies were returned to us happy and completely exhausted as they had so much more fun with her family and other boarding dogs than at home and I almost felt bad for taking them back from her place. Our hyperactive Italian greyhound puppy and attention craving Pomeranian big baby were chill & calm for days after returning from her place and as busy dog owners we cannot be more grateful.
Big thanks Ling & family for loving our furbabies and their antics - I am convinced your popularity will skyrocket in no time, and when that happens please always be sure to reserve a space for our little ones as I wouldn't want to have them anywhere else. :)"
