"Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"First and foremost, I want to thank Priscilla for accommodating my last-minute booking for boarding.
She responded promptly and even offered to come by to meet my dog, ensuring he could get accustomed to her scent beforehand.
Since this was my first time boarding my dog, I naturally had many questions. Priscilla was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to answer all of them in detail. She was also very thoughtful, asking about my dog’s habits and daily routines to ensure he would be comfortable.
During the boarding period, Priscilla kept me reassured by sending short video updates. It was heartwarming to see my dog out on walks and enjoying himself.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. There were no other pets around during the boarding, which was an added bonus. I’ll definitely entrust my dog to her care again the next time I travel. 😊"

"We recently boarded our dog with Dave and his family over the Chinese New Year holiday, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, Dave was incredibly detailed and thoughtful. He took the initiative to check everything in advance — asking us to prepare sufficient food and treats (including our dog’s favourites), pee-pads, pampers for sleeping if needed, and even whether there were specific sleeping materials or clothing to make him more comfortable. He also asked about routines and whether our dog needed to be caged, just to ensure he could replicate the home environment as closely as possible so our dog wouldn’t feel stressed. That level of attention really gave us peace of mind before the stay even started.
During the boarding, Dave went above and beyond. He didn’t just “look after” our dog — he genuinely cared. He bathed him, washed his bed, and made sure he was clean and comfortable before coming home. It felt more like our dog was staying with extended family than at a boarding place.
Communication was excellent throughout. Updates were clear and reassuring, and when our flight was delayed, Dave was very accommodating and flexible with the pick-up timing, which we truly appreciated — especially during such a busy festive period.
You can really tell Dave and his family are true dog lovers. They treat every dog like their own. We’re so grateful for the care and dedication, and we would absolutely trust them again for future boarding.

"This was the first time I’ve used Pawshake. I was pleasantly surprised to see very good boarders here and I’m so pleased with Rithvik for taking very good care of Asher over two nights. I did not have to worry as Rithvik even came over to see Asher before boarding him. He’s a very patient, accommodating, friendly and importantly my Asher bonded with him immediately. I’ll be sure to book him again for future requests and will highly recommend him for boarding. In fact, Asher didn’t want to leave him and I had to coax him out of the car😆. "It was my first time doing pet boarding, and to be honest was quite nervous about how it would go. Although the location was quite far from her place, if i have to choose someone to take care of my pet again i definitely will still go to her😅 here’s why:
Raine was super prompt in her replies (thank goodness as i really needed to find one urgently). Thank you 😭
It’s such a blessing to have her take care of my pet, as she sends pictures, videos of my puppy very frequently which makes me feel at ease as well 🥹
Also, when my puppy has a few accidents (peeing at the wrong places 😆, she still is very patient with him & me as well, which i am really grateful for.
Thanks to her, my puppy got to socialise with a few other dogs under her care as well, which i am really glad! Her place is really clean and huge as well, so they were able to run around! 😆
Lastly, you can really tell that she really loves and cares for pets just by meeting and chatting with her.
I usually don’t give reviews, but for this I think she really exceeded my expectations so…if you want to go on holiday but yet feel at ease that your dog not only is taken care of but happy as well, book her! :)

She sent daily videos and photos that provided immense peace of mind and showed me my dog was not just cared for, but truly happy. "I recently left my dog Peanut with Min for 3 nights. It is the first time we leave our dog with a pet sitter. Min is attentive and making sure that Peanut felt welcome and comfortable at home. One of the highlights of Peanut’s stay was the wonderful companionship of Whisky (Min’s dog), who is such a friendly and playful dog. Peanut has an amazing time running around with Whisky!
Throughout the stay, Min kept me updated with photo, videos and messages which gave me a great piece of mind when oversea. Highly recommended pet sitter!

"Velynn has been great to work with and she took good care of my 2 fur babies for 1.5 weeks while I was out of town. She sent me daily updates with videos of my fur babies doing silly things as usual. She responded to messages promptly when I had questions. It’s apparent she is experienced in handling dogs. She has a large space for all the dogs to roam around so they get to know each other. We will definitely go back to see Velynn for our next petting sitting need. "
