"Loki had an amazing time at Grace’s place. Grace was attentive, constantly updating us about Loki throughout our trip and we were at ease knowing Loki is having a great time. Grace also took amazing pictures and videos, and we saw parts of Loki that we’ve never seen before (aka him being endearing to Grace’s cats). Will definitely send Loki to Grace in the future if we ever need pet boarding again. "

She sent daily videos and photos that provided immense peace of mind and showed me my dog was not just cared for, but truly happy. Patricia was reliable for all his walks and demonstrated fantastic initiative when he didn't eat the food I left; she ensured he was well-fed with a suitable alternative. It's clear she treats every animal as if it were her own."

"We had a great experience boarding our dog with Doreen. She was very responsive to messages and kept us reassured while we were away.
Doreen took excellent care of our dog and made sure he/she was comfortable and well looked after. We especially appreciated that she has her own poodle and other dogs boarding, which gave our dog companions to play with instead of being alone.
It was clear that our dog enjoyed the stay and was happy and relaxed when we picked him/her up. We would definitely recommend Doreen to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog boarding service."

"Miche is a caring and responsible pet lover. She arranged a meet and greet session for Kumo and her dog Mochi, and also to let us know more of their living environment before we confirm the boarding. That gave us more assurance to leave Kumo under her care. Miche also brought Kumo out together with Mochi and updates us with pictures and video of Kumo during her boarding. Definitely highly recommended~"
