"We cannot thank Roxanne enough for the incredible care she gave our 7-month-old puppy, Leo, during his 4-day boarding while we were away on a short holiday. From the very first day, we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such loving, responsible, and capable hands.
Roxanne went above and beyond in every way. Leo enjoyed multiple walks daily, plenty of playtime, and so much love and attention â especially from her wonderful son, who was absolutely amazing with him. He spent so much time walking Leo and playing with him, treating him like his own. It was truly heart-warming to see how happy and comfortable Leo was with them.
What amazed us the most was the positive change in Leoâs behaviour when we brought him home. Before boarding, we always had to keep him in a playpen as he is still a puppy who loves to bite mats and plants. But after staying with Roxanne, he came home calmer, more disciplined, and so well-behaved. He happily walked around the living room, played quietly with his toys, slept on the sofa with us, and even chose to sleep on the living room floor.
The biggest surprise was his toilet habits â when he needed to pee, he actually walked into his playpen, used his pee tray, and walked out on his own. He did this twice, and we were completely amazed. It clearly shows how much effort, patience, and consistency Roxanne put into caring for and guiding him.
Throughout the 4 days, Roxanne kept us updated with photos and videos of Leoâs meals, walks, and playtime. We were constantly reassured and felt so peaceful knowing he was safe, happy, and having such a great time. She even woke up at 5am to feed him because that is his usual routine â she followed everything we shared so carefully that when we fetched him, there was no adjustment needed at all. He slept well, ate well, and was perfectly settled.
What touched us even more was that Roxanne checked in on Leo the day after he came home, just to make sure he was well and settled. That level of care and genuine concern is truly rare.
Roxanne is not just a pet boarder â she treats your pet like her own family. Her warmth, dedication, responsibility, and love for animals really shine through in everything she does. We feel so blessed to have found her, and there is no doubt that Leo will be going back to her again whenever we travel.

"Recently left my doggy with Vera for 12 nights. It was a wonderful staycation for him as Vera really dotes on him like how she does to her own furby. She will update me daily with pictures and videos of his activities. And quick to let me know of any issues. And there is always someone around in her family so Taro has no lack of companions.
He returned home, happy and relaxed. Reckon he has an enjoyable stay with Vera's boarding home. Appreciate her TLC during this period. I will not hesitate to leave him under the care of Vera next time."

We are so grateful for the exceptional care our toy poodle received during his 5-night stay. It was obvious from the updates and the way he was cared for that he was genuinely loved and treated like family. "I recently had the pleasure of having Mama Peggy pet sit my Shiba Inu, Xin Le, for three nights, and I couldn't be more delighted with her services. From the initial correspondence, she was incredibly professional and responsive. She arranged a meet and greet at her house to ensure that Xin Le would be comfortable with her and her home environment. During our chat, I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge of dog care. She even gave me some fantastic advice on organic food, which I adopted immediately.
Mama Peggy is truly a dog whisperer; she understands dog personalities exceptionally well. While I was away, she took excellent care of Xin Le, providing regular updates and photos of how he was doing each day. Her patient and pleasant demeanor made me feel very comfortable entrusting her with my furson.
She is the best of the best, and five stars is an understatement. I will definitely engage her services again in the future. Thank you, Mama Peggy!"

"Jen was undoubtedly amazing with our dog. She truly loved and cared for our dog. Our dog gets anxious with new people and at time takes a while to feel comfortable and calm down. Jen was great and knows how to handle anxious dogs, with our dog soon feeling comfortable and calm in her house, and among her family. Jen shared pictures and videos daily which helped keep us at ease while being away from our dog. We are blessed to have met and found Jen. "

"I am extremely grateful to Jade for taking such amazing care of Doudou during his stay. From the moment we dropped him off, we could see how warmly they welcomed him and how quickly he felt at ease. Throughout the stay, they provided regular video updates, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.

"I don't normally post reviews online but this was my first time boarding Lola and I must say, I'm very satisfied with the service. I was initially panicky and apprehensive because I had to make a urgent last minute booking and didn't have time for a meet & greet, but Lynne patiently answered all my questions and concerns. She was incredibly accommodating with the timings for my impromptu trip, which seriously saved me.
What really stood out to me was Lynne's attention to detail and proactive updates. She took time to ask about Lola's routine, habits, and preferences and even made detailed notes to ensure Lola felt right at home. It was clear there and then that Lynne is incredibly meticulous and invested in Lola's comfort. Without me asking, Lynne also sent frequent photos, videos, and messages, reassuring me that Lola was happy and well-cared for. I can tell that Lynne and her family showered Lola with lots of love and playtime during her stay there. Additionally, Lynne helped reinforce habits of Lola's that I wanted to adjust, which I was thankful for.
I'm really grateful that I found Lynne despite my booking being last minute. I'll definitely look for Lynne again for her services and will recommend her to anyone who's looking for someone trustworthy and caring."

"Joel and his wife were absolutely wonderful with Simba, and I would happily give them 5/5 stars (or more if I could)!
Our Simba is super active, and Joel made sure he got his morning walks and evening dog-run sessions every day, while also keeping closely to his feeding schedule. What we appreciated most was the regular morning and evening updates, which Joel sent without us ever having to ask. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Simba was happy, well cared for and in good hands while we were away. Simba enjoyed his time with Yuki as well!
Joel is reliable, trustworthy and responsible, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about Simbaâs well-being. We felt completely at ease throughout the entire stay.

"We had such a wonderful experience with Mei Jun and her husband, Jun Long, taking care of our Nori for 4D3N!
From our very first meet-up, they were so friendly, warm and inviting, which immediately made us feel comfortable leaving Nori with them. They also made the effort to ask lots of detailed questions about Noriâs routine, personality, feeding, exercise, behaviour and medical needs. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to understand him and make sure he was comfortable during his stay.
Nori is a very friendly boy who loves humans and doesnât like being alone, so we were especially happy knowing he was in such caring hands (Mei Junâs parents love animals too!).
It happened to be Noriâs 5th birthday during his stay, and they went the extra mile to celebrate it with him! It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture đĽ°

"It was a blessing finding Regina to take care of my dog, Skye, while I was away for 2 nights! She regularly sent me photos and videos of Skye, which really gave me peace of mind knowing that he was well taken care of. I did not have to worry at all while I was away, and thatâs probably the best thing you can ask for when leaving your dog with someone else.
Will definitely be engaging Regina again for my year-end holiday. At least now I know I can go on holiday without worrying about my boy! đ
