"Sheri and Michael are genuinely passionate about dogs, and it really shows in the care and attention they give our two doggies. We loved the frequent updates, lots of photos and fun videos throughout the day from morning to night, which kept us reassured and showed how happy the dogs were during the 4 days of stay.

"I have always used house sitting with 2 regular sitters so Juno can remain in a familiar environment while the sitter lives at my place. But whenever I am away, he tends to stop eating or pooping for the first few days. The last time this happened was 2 years ago and I stopped solo travelling as I simply could not bear to part with him for weeks. Now that Juno is turning 4, I decided to try cat boarding so he might make some new friends, both human and feline, and have a fresh experience.
Sonia’s profile caught my eye because she has 2 lovely cats, Bella and Zoey, and years of experience. What really stood out was that she only accepts cats from 1 client at a time, which would give Juno the time and space to adjust. During the meet-and-greet, Sonia and her husband were very welcoming and reassuring, thus I felt confident to go on a short family road trip.
During Juno’s 4-night stay, Sonia sent me lots of photos, videos and updates. As expected, Juno did not eat much the first 2 nights. He even rejected treats, and hissed at times (which I had never seen before), but Sonia was super patient. She kept on engaging him, combed him, played with him and kept a close eye on his ear condition in case it flared up while I was away. Thankfully it did not. She also shared her own experiences with cats and reassured me. By the last 2 nights, Juno was more outgoing, even allowed belly rubs, rubbed noses with Zoey and explored outside the bedroom where he was 'stationed' throughout the stay. While he is not yet besties with Bella and Zoey, I am very hopeful they will become friends when I board him with Sonia again 😄"

"We had such a wonderful experience with Jeslyn and her family looking after Teqi while I was away in Bali with my family. This was the first time Teqi stayed with them, so naturally I was a little nervous about how she would settle in. Jeslyn made the whole experience incredibly easy and reassuring right from the start.
One thing I really appreciated was that Jeslyn arranged a **meet-and-greet before the actual boarding** so that Teqi and Slushie could meet and we could make sure they were comfortable around each other. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure it would be a good fit rather than simply accepting the booking. Jeslyn and Alvin were both so warm, friendly and easy to talk to, which immediately gave me confidence leaving Teqi with them.
And Slushie deserves a special mention too! He is such a gentle and adorable dog. He was naturally curious about Teqi, but always approached her calmly and respectfully, giving her space when she needed it. This was particularly important because Teqi isn't usually very comfortable around other dogs. But somehow, she and Slushie co-existed incredibly well in their home. Over the few days, she went from keeping her distance to happily being around him, and by the end they were comfortably doing their own thing together. It was genuinely lovely to see.
Throughout the stay, Jeslyn kept me updated with regular messages, photos and videos. She was incredibly attentive to Teqi’s little quirks and routines. When Teqi wasn't eating, Jeslyn didn't just leave it at that — she kept her food aside, warmed it up again later and even gave her some of Slushie's home-cooked food to encourage her to eat. That was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how much attention she was giving to Teqi rather than treating her like just another boarding dog.
She also noticed and adapted to Teqi's walking pace, took her out separately when needed, monitored her on the camera when she was home alone and made sure she got plenty of exercise. They took her on some wonderfully long walks, and apparently discovered that Teqi absolutely LOVES running! 😂 By the end of the stay, she was so comfortable that she repeatedly refused to come home after her walks. 😂
Jeslyn was also incredibly patient with Teqi’s slightly quirky personality — the jumping, the stubbornness when she didn't want to go home, her dislike of having her paws cleaned, and her tendency to play-bite when she's excited. She took everything in stride and was always reassuring whenever something unexpected happened.
Most importantly, Teqi genuinely seemed to love being there. She became particularly attached to Mimah, slept comfortably, ate properly, relaxed around the house and clearly felt safe. Seeing how happy and settled she was made it so much easier for me to enjoy my trip without constantly worrying about her.
This was genuinely a great experience from beginning to end. Jeslyn and Alvin were wonderful, communicative and caring, and I could tell Teqi was treated as part of the family. I’m incredibly grateful for the care they gave her and would absolutely consider Jeslyn again the next time I need someone to look after Teqi.
Highly recommend Jeslyn to anyone looking for a sitter who will take the time to understand your pet, accommodate their individual personality and make sure they feel comfortable and loved. ❤️"

"When Matthew first met Mars, he gently knelt down and let Mars lick his face. That warmth and trust made both us and Mars feel certain that he was exactly the person we had been looking for.
Although we only stayed at his place briefly during the meet and greet, Mars had already remembered the location. On the day we officially dropped Mars off for boarding, I was still looking at my phone to check the address after getting out of the elevator, but Mars had already happily pulled me straight to Matthew’s door.
During the two weeks we were away on vacation, Matthew updated us every day on how Mars was doing and sent many adorable photos. It gave us great peace of mind to know that Mars was also enjoying his own little vacation.
When we picked Mars up after our trip, he was happy, energetic, and healthy. It was clear that he had been very well cared for. The next time we go on vacation, we truly hope Mars will have the chance to “vacation” at Matthew’s home again."

"It was the first time I sent my dog to Sharon. She and her family had taken care of my dog very well and my dog looked very happy during his stay with her family. She even took the initiative to count the freeze dried nuggets on the 1st day of the stay and informed me that they weren't sufficient for all my dog's meals and would give him some of her cooked food. We felt safe and assured to put our dog under her care."

"Andre, took very good care of Pages. Seems like they were best of friends even for a 5 nights stay over. I went over to pick my dog and I saw from the open door, both Pages and my dog watching t.v.
