"Queenie was a wonderful host to our dog as she not only got out of her way to ensure the well-being of our dog but also kept us in regular communication. Before our holidays, we were able to visit Queenie's apartment and make all the necessary arrangements to have peace of mind. On the day of our trip, Queenie was very professional in handling our dog and we did not experience any attachment issues from our dog. In fact, he was very happy to walk away from us. During the trip, our dog was very well-taken care of with very little disruption to his routine. On top of that, he enjoyed regular outings in his free time: Christmas party, beach day and even dog-friend ice cream in Marina Bay. We were never anxious or worried about his well-being, and could enjoy our holidays to the fullest. Queenie was also flexible to accommodate an extra-day while we waited for our PCR test results. On the pick-up day, Queenie was punctual and organised. Our dog was very happy to see us. One week after his stay, we have not noticed any change of behaviour in our dog which give us a lot of confidence that he had a very nice holiday with Queenie. Many thanks Queenie for taking such good care of Wanton! "

"Refik and Beril are super caring, communicative and kind; our dog loves the stay with them and their 2 puppies! They also provide constant daily update which keeps our mind at ease when we are traveling and they are very flexible and accommodating with our schedule. Will definitely come back!"

"As first time looking for a sitter, I chanced across Janice's profile and reached out to her. We wanted someone who would take care of Bennie as her own, and this is exactly how he was treated. While I was traveling, I received regular updates on how he is doing and how he was settling in. Bennie is an active dog and goes for walks 3-4 times a day and Janice showed a similar dedication towards him. Even before I post this review, I have confirmed another week of stay with her for the future. Thank you, Janice!"

"There are many pet sitters available but none so dedicated and caring as Kelis and Mdm Eng. As my wife and I travel quite a bit, and we have no choice but to leave our beloved pet with a pet sitter each time we are out of the country together, hence we take great pains to try to find a good, reliable, trustworthy, pet sitter for our pet. That pet sitter must also be a genuine dog lover.
Kelis and Mdm Eng is an exemplary pet sitter. They came to our place to pick up Grumpy (our pet's name), brought him home and took very good care of Grumpy. They would examine Grumpy and if here is some abnormalities, be it skin rashes, they would immediately WhatsApp me to keep me informed. They would provide me with periodic pictures of Grumpy during the day for me to know how he is progressing with the new pet sitter.
When they returned Grumpy to us, Grumpy was happy, clean, and healthy. Not a teeny weeny bit of rash on his body.
We are extremely pleased with Kelis and Mdm Eng.
We will not hesitate to recommend Kelis and Mdm Eng to any pet owner that is looking for a caring and loving pet sitter for their beloved and precious pet.

"Eileen was a wonderful pet sitter for Loki! She was super friendly, informative and showed that she cared for our Loki. As Loki has a medical condition, we were looking for a pet sitter who would be patient enough to help administer his medications, as well as pay some extra love as Loki cannot function as well as other dogs. Luckily Eileen have had experience in dealing with such cases and has been an active pet volunteer so we were at ease when leaving him in her care. I've received constant messages, photos and videos on how's he's been doing, as well as some extra information on how we can groom him better. Loki seemed to feel very much at home with Eileen especially when he can play with Eileen's own fur babies Qiqi and Enen. Eileen treated Loki like one of her own and I will definitely trust Loki with her again:) !"

"Chester looked after my two dogs and cat for over 3 weeks whilst I was overseas. I was very pleased with how Chester checked in with me as and when was needed to clarify my pets needs. He went as far as taking my cat to the vet as she possibly had a urinary tact infection. My pets had an enjoyable time with Chester as he would allow them to engage with the other members of the household and took the dogs for their twice daily walks. "We are so glad to have Aubrey and Adrian taking care for our pet Nami while we went for a short vacation for a week +. 🙏🙏 Updates were prompt and we got to receive lots of photos on what Nami is doing every day. Nami has also made some friends and got to stay, play and interact with them which she seems to be very happy. And indeed Nami has been showered with so much love. "I cannot tell you how happy my dog, Yuki, felt during the time she was boarded there. Margot brought her out every 4 hours for a walk and played with her occasionally. I could tell Yuki was so comfortable there because she was laying on her back, with paws in the air, letting Margot pet her belly. Actions speak louder than words! I think the only thing you have to fear is if your pet loves it there so much they don't wanna go home."

"had left Elly to Yingying's care and it was definitely a great decision! Yingying was really caring towards Elly and she felt at ease very quickly even though it was her 1st time boarding over there. Yingying and Shiro played so well with Elly, and she got really cosy during board and we were so glad during our vacation!
Yingying also gave us some tips and feedback on Elly which was important, something that we can take note of when Elly is back with us too which shows how much she likes doggos!
We will definitely board Elly with Yingying during our next vacation and will recommend her to anyone who is looking for a caring boarder!!"

"My 5mth old Cavapoo simply enjoyed the 1 week+ stay so much that she was getting upset that she had to be back home / to-reality so quick. 1st time boarding with Sharon, and the experience has been stellar - prompt communication to me is key and this is definitely on-point. Highly recommended!"

"Mukul and his family were very accommodating and friendly. My dog was well loved and taken care of during his stay at Mukul’s place. Knowing that my dog is not sociable with other dogs, he quickly offered to block his dates during that period so that my dog will be comfortable during his stay with them. While my dog was with them, he did not eat and drink well initially and this was flagged out to us immediately. Mukul also offered to feed him alternative food with our permission. Overall it was was a great experience and we would definitely engage his help again if we travel in future."
