"Lyne has been a great dogsitter, one of the better ones I have ever encountered! She will update everyday on the walks with photos and videos and how much my furkid has eaten. There will also be videos (cctv footage) on what my furkid is doing when at home . Her whole family is involved in taking care and that assures me full care is given. When it’s time to go home, it can be seen how my doggie misses the daughter and that they shared a great bond. My next trip is in June and it is comforting to know I have Lyne to rely on to take very good care of my furkid :) "

"We’re so grateful to Samantha for taking such great care of our dog, Hazel, while we were away on holiday. She regularly sent us photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind - we could see how happy and well cared for he was. Hazel clearly had a great time playing with her lovely dogs and even made friends with the rabbits! 🐇
It’s clear that Samantha treats every dog like her own, and we wouldn’t hesitate to leave Hazel with her again. We’re sure he already misses her and his new furry friends.:)

"Jyn is quite experienced in taking care of dog and knows how to make the fur kid feels comfortable and at home. Always take nice shots of the dog and send me to keep me updated. She is generous with her treats to the furkids, non calculative and flexible with time arrangements. I feel she has done way better than me in taking care of the dog. "Very friendly and patient, Joz. Everyday she will sent pictures and updates of my doggy. Smooth communication with her. On plus point, she does pickup and sending back of the doggy too with a very minimal fee.
To be frank, this is my first time engaging pet sitter and I was quite concerned about the safety, managing of my dog etc.. After chatting with Joz via the apps for few times, she is very assuring that my dog will be in her good hands. So I decided to go with her.
True enough, my dog was enjoying too 😅 when Joz sent those photographs to me. My doggy is always in smiling look 🐶🐶 Definitely will look for Joz again should I be leaving town 😝"

"We recently boarded our dog with Dave and his family over the Chinese New Year holiday, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, Dave was incredibly detailed and thoughtful. He took the initiative to check everything in advance — asking us to prepare sufficient food and treats (including our dog’s favourites), pee-pads, pampers for sleeping if needed, and even whether there were specific sleeping materials or clothing to make him more comfortable. He also asked about routines and whether our dog needed to be caged, just to ensure he could replicate the home environment as closely as possible so our dog wouldn’t feel stressed. That level of attention really gave us peace of mind before the stay even started.
During the boarding, Dave went above and beyond. He didn’t just “look after” our dog — he genuinely cared. He bathed him, washed his bed, and made sure he was clean and comfortable before coming home. It felt more like our dog was staying with extended family than at a boarding place.
Communication was excellent throughout. Updates were clear and reassuring, and when our flight was delayed, Dave was very accommodating and flexible with the pick-up timing, which we truly appreciated — especially during such a busy festive period.
You can really tell Dave and his family are true dog lovers. They treat every dog like their own. We’re so grateful for the care and dedication, and we would absolutely trust them again for future boarding.

"Trisha was such a darling pet sitter. She sent frequent updates about my Pet poodle with photos and videos everyday. She updated on well-being of my Pet, and was very cautious with her. Her home was absolutely cozy & pet-friendly. I have no worries at all when I was away.

"Highly recommended! This was my first time booking with Dawn, and I chose her because of her vet tech experience, which really came in handy as she was savvy with my dog’s medical needs. Dawn was a 100% great communicator, she was frequent and regular with her updates, I never had to worry about my dog because of that. She was also very patient with my long list of notes regarding the quirks and preferences of my dog, and was always conscientious in making sure she understands them well. She responds really quickly as well on WhatsApp, which is key for me as I wanted to know that I can easily reach the person who’s taking care of my dog. I could also see my dog enjoying his stay at Dawn’s which was a relief for me! Overall, a very satisfied experience, highly recommended. "

"This is our second time engaging their dog boarding service, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. Previously, Kopi and Chendol were boarded with May’s sister, Thwin, and both times, their family took amazing care of our furkids. During this trip, May looked after them while we were overseas. She provided regular updates on their wellbeing, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that both Kopi and Chendol enjoyed themselves and felt at home. They even made a new friend, Mooncake, May’s dog, and it was heartwarming to see how well they bonded. Thank you once again, May and family, for treating our dogs like your own. "First and foremost, I want to thank Priscilla for accommodating my last-minute booking for boarding.
She responded promptly and even offered to come by to meet my dog, ensuring he could get accustomed to her scent beforehand.
Since this was my first time boarding my dog, I naturally had many questions. Priscilla was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to answer all of them in detail. She was also very thoughtful, asking about my dog’s habits and daily routines to ensure he would be comfortable.
During the boarding period, Priscilla kept me reassured by sending short video updates. It was heartwarming to see my dog out on walks and enjoying himself.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. There were no other pets around during the boarding, which was an added bonus. I’ll definitely entrust my dog to her care again the next time I travel. 😊"

"It was my first time doing pet boarding, and to be honest was quite nervous about how it would go. Although the location was quite far from her place, if i have to choose someone to take care of my pet again i definitely will still go to her😅 here’s why:
Raine was super prompt in her replies (thank goodness as i really needed to find one urgently). Thank you 😭
It’s such a blessing to have her take care of my pet, as she sends pictures, videos of my puppy very frequently which makes me feel at ease as well 🥹
Also, when my puppy has a few accidents (peeing at the wrong places 😆, she still is very patient with him & me as well, which i am really grateful for.
Thanks to her, my puppy got to socialise with a few other dogs under her care as well, which i am really glad! Her place is really clean and huge as well, so they were able to run around! 😆
Lastly, you can really tell that she really loves and cares for pets just by meeting and chatting with her.
I usually don’t give reviews, but for this I think she really exceeded my expectations so…if you want to go on holiday but yet feel at ease that your dog not only is taken care of but happy as well, book her! :)
