"Meng Chiang is a very easy-going and kind person and treats my Shiba Inu very nice. He gives constant updates about my dog and put my mind at ease. He also sticks to recommended routine. The best thing I like about Meng Chiang is that there is only one dog in the house and my dog gets all the attention and care, with no fear of being bullied or bitten by other dogs. "Noriko took care of Vicx really well - they took him out for frequent toilet breaks; walks, sends updates of his well being throughout the day (along with photos and videos), she follows the care instructions carefully and even took him out for outings.
Her dog, Hana is a lovely and gentle girl, and loves sharing her toys with Vicx!

"This is the the first the time we tried pet boarding for Snowee and we were rather anxious at first. However, Kyler's professionalism in taking care of Snowee made us feel at ease. She provided regular updates on Snowee well-being and also specially cooked food for her when she sees that Snowee didn't want to eat the food that we bought for her. "We boarded our corgi puppy with Angela in April for 6 days and she and her hubby (Luis) have been the best care takers ever! Though our 8mth old puppy was super cheeky and always wanted to disturb their dogs, as well as bite anything that he sees, she still treated him really well. You can see that they both really have a golden heart for animals esp when we saw how they took great care of their own pets. She even prepared daily delicious food for my pup and my pup lovedddd it. They also make sure they brought him for walks frequently and when he came home he was always so exhausted but happy. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to board their pets here because they both provide immaculate service 👍🏼"

"Diana & James were the perfect temporary Mom & Dad to our Golden Retriever puppy. They really treated our puppy as their own, showering her with tender love & care. They always give regular updates to us twice a day. Our Golden Retriever puppy lived comfortably at their residence without any sign of anxiety. They brought our puppy on walkies twice a day & took awesome photos & portraits. Our puppy is healthy throughout the stay. There was once they showered her, and she looked truly enjoying it. I wholeheartedly recommend their service.
And yes, they involved our puppy in their CNY 2024 bai nian as well. That was so so so cute. God bless to this kind family of Diana, James & their beautiful dog, Pepper.

"Yi Zhi and his family looked after Flora for 11 consecutive days during my holidays. He provided videos, photos and updates on her constantly. It was clear they treated her as a family member and showered her with love and affection. This was further proved when I saw how happy she was under their presence and how sad she became when we left their place, and she suddenly started to cry and tried to reach their condo’s door again. First time this lhappened for a pet sitter, and we have tried several times Pawshake before. Will definitely arrange for future home boarding services with this lovely family! "

"Beatriz was AMAZING with our beloved dog a pug named Goose.
