"This is the the first the time we tried pet boarding for Snowee and we were rather anxious at first. However, Kyler's professionalism in taking care of Snowee made us feel at ease. She provided regular updates on Snowee well-being and also specially cooked food for her when she sees that Snowee didn't want to eat the food that we bought for her. From the photos that were sent to us, we could tell that Snowee was enjoying her stay with Kyler. Thank you so much Kyler. "Meng Chiang is a very easy-going and kind person and treats my Shiba Inu very nice. He gives constant updates about my dog and put my mind at ease. He also sticks to recommended routine. The best thing I like about Meng Chiang is that there is only one dog in the house and my dog gets all the attention and care, with no fear of being bullied or bitten by other dogs. "We boarded our corgi puppy with Angela in April for 6 days and she and her hubby (Luis) have been the best care takers ever! Though our 8mth old puppy was super cheeky and always wanted to disturb their dogs, as well as bite anything that he sees, she still treated him really well. You can see that they both really have a golden heart for animals esp when we saw how they took great care of their own pets. She even prepared daily delicious food for my pup and my pup lovedddd it. They also make sure they brought him for walks frequently and when he came home he was always so exhausted but happy. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to board their pets here because they both provide immaculate service 👍🏼"

"Grace and her mom were such wonderful pet sitters. We left our two dogs with grace for a month. Grace sent us photos and videos everyday while we were away. Grace followed all of our special instructions for pet medication and walks and always answered our texts. Grace was very flexible with drop off and pick up times. We’re in Australia and our cats in Singapore and we felt so relaxed know they were in such good hands. She even coordinated with the company handling their relocation back to Australia. "Left 2 of my cats for boarding at her place. Her two cats were friendly with my cats after a short while and they seemed to enjoy their time there. Her house was very clean and spacious enough for the cats to play around and stay active. She provided timely updates on the cats' breakfast/lunch/dinner and can provide pictures or video messages on our cats, ensuring their safety at all times. She is also timely in replying any questions we asked. I would definitely board them again for our next trip seeing as she is such a responsible cat sitter."

"Our pomsky had an awesome 12 days at Kate and Tim's place, and luckily also got along well with their dog, Aris and another dog they are boarding concurrently. Kate and Tim are passionate and adore dogs, we were updated daily with photos, video messages and texts. From the videos, we can tell your dog enjoyed the stay very much and they bring him for regular exercise and walks too. Communication was easy and pleasant too. Although it is a little pricey compared to other boarders, but we are assured our dog is in good hands and a peace of mind while holidaying. Definitely will engage their service in future and hope the fur-kids can play together again. "
