"Leaving my cat behind is never easy. Val is knowledgeable and experienced in caring for sensitive cats and those with pre-existing conditions. Before the sit, she took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my cat's health history, daily routine, veterinarian, and emergency plans, which showed how genuinely responsible and caring she is.
While I was away, she kept me updated regularly with messages and photos, so I knew my cat was safe and well looked after. She also treated my home with great respect, keeping everything clean and tidy. I could truly tell that she cared for my cat as if she was her own. I’m deeply grateful for the love, attention, and dedication she showed, and I would happily trust her with my cat again."

"It was our first time using Pawshake, so we were quite nervous but Emily completely put us at ease. She took such wonderful care of both our dog and cat. Our dog usually struggles with separation anxiety when we leave, but he didn’t cry or whine at all in her care.
She kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which we really appreciated, and it was clear our pets were happy and comfortable. Emily is honest, meticulous, and incredibly warm. She also left our home clean and tidy, which we’re so grateful for.

"I chose Jiaying to do housesitting for my 2 cats during my 1 week holiday. And it was the best decision I have made for my cats. She did a meet and greet to meet me and the cats first. She’s a friendly girl and I can see that she loves cats. One of my cats immediately warmed up to her which was heartwarming. She followed my instructions on taking care of the cats and gives me ample updates (photos and videos) during my trip. She also helps to take care of my home. She kept the house neat and tidy while taking care of the cats. The cats adore her. How do I know? The cats slept with her at nights, either on the bed with her or just being in the same room as her.
I would highly recommend her for any cat sitting or house sitting of your pets! Thank you Jiaying for helping me look after my Myo and Simba. Will definitely look for you to house sit again for my future trips. "

"Geraldine took care of our rescued cats, Cubi and Cleo. We're so glad she was able to keep up with Cubi, which is very hyperactive! She managed to play with him very long, ensuring he was content and well-exercised. She always updated us and sent pictures/videos of their playtime. She was also patient in taking care of our more reserved cat, Cleo even though Cleo kept hiding and wouldn't engage her. In the end, Cleo opened up a little bit to her which is a big milestone!
We can't express our gratitude enough for Geraldine. Her updates and genuine concern for Cubi and Cleo while we were away brought us peace of mind. She's not just a cat sitter; she's a true cat lover, and we're lucky to have found her. We'll definitely engage her more often in the future!"

"I had an amazing experience with Ai Tong as my cat sitter.
She is truly a person with a kind heart and a deep understanding of cats. My cat Tiger has always been very shy and afraid of strangers, but slowly, he started to see her as a member of our home. That meant so much to me.
Every day, she updated me with several photos and videos, showing me that Tiger had eaten, played, and was doing well. She kept my home extremely clean — she vacuumed, changed the litter, refreshed the water, and even helped water my plants.
One thing that really touched me was when she found a bouquet of fresh flowers at my home. Instead of throwing it away, she turned it into dried flowers because she felt it was too precious to waste. That gesture meant a lot to me.
She also noticed the ant problem in my kitchen, something I’ve been very stressed about, and she even brought over some ant repellent from her own home to help me solve it. She didn’t have to do that, but she did — because she genuinely cares.
As a cat owner herself with two adopted cats, she is extremely knowledgeable about cat behavior. She even recommended healthier food and treats for Tiger, and taught me a few useful tips.
When I walked through my door after my trip, the whole home felt clean, peaceful, and well taken care of.
Thanks to Ai Tong, I was finally able to travel peacefully after many years of being afraid to leave my cat behind. She is responsible, caring, trustworthy, and absolutely wonderful with pets.
I’m so grateful to have found her.

"Alden was great at home-sitting with our dog. He was on time and his communication was excellent - he asked good questions and kept us updated often which was greatly appreciated. We had quite a few neighbors and friends comment that they bumped into him while he was walking our dog and they had only nice things to say - they complimented his polite demeanor and that he was very good with our dog and spoke to her with care and confidence. He was also great at accommodating any requests we had while he was sitting for us. Overall an excellent experience and hope to hire him again as our dog seems to really like him!"

"We are a British family who engaged Wee to house-sit and look after our two ageing dogs - a somewhat grumpy, near blind and deaf Jack Russell, and our friendly Labrador cross - while we were away in the UK.
From the start, Wee was extremely pleasant and responsive in her communication as we discussed our needs and she visited our home to prepare for the handover. The subsequent handover went smoothly, and while we were away, Wee continued her helpful communication, sharing photos and videos of our dogs while we were away. Besides keeping our dogs fed, and happy, Wee also handled some parcel deliveries, watered our plants, and kept our home perfectly tidy.
It was a very pleasant, trouble-free experience, and so we'd have no hesitation in recommending Wee to anyone needing a house or dog sitter, or engaging Wee again ourselves. "

"Jason was really nice! My cat loved the experience and really likes him, so I'll definitely book again if I'm going on a holiday.
1. Jason came over beforehand to meet my cat, and my cat took to him from the start.
2. I received many updates - both photos and videos - while I was on my trip, so I could still look at my cat when I missed him.
3. He went above and beyond and found many ways to provide enrichment and play to my cat, even when there weren't many options available in my home.
I get very anxious about leaving my cat, but on this trip, I didn't have to worry about my cat at all. He was a pampered prince while Jason was here."

"Erica was great in helping me take care of my dog, Monroe, when I was away on vacation for 5D4N. Monroe is a nervous dog who takes time to warm up to people, but Erica was able to make him feel very comfortable around her. He even had zoomies in the house! Erica also sent me communications throughout the day with pictures, videos, and notes of how Monroe was doing, so I never had to worry about him throughout my vacation. Erica also kept the home very neat and clean and vacuumed the home every day as Monroe sheds quite a bit. I will definitely rebook with Erica again during my next vacation if she is available. "Cathy took care of our wet nose fur baby, Milo, a golden retriever 3yrs old for 2.5 weeks and we are absolutely delighted with everything. She is an excellent communicator and made sure to ask when in doubt which made me feel safe and secure that our dog was in good hands.
She also made sure to socialize Milo with other dogs and took her out and about after getting confirmation from us to give Milo great days with fun and interaction.

"Regan is a wonderful dog sitter. We needed someone to stay at our place while we were away for 1 week to take care of our dog. Doggie is a rescue Singapore Special; he is very fearful of strangers and has a lot of fear triggers. We left a lot of instructions for Regan, and we were afraid of being obnoxious/overbearing, but Regan was always so gracious and he readily complied with them all. Once our dog got to know Regan, he was so at ease around Regan that we were pleasantly surprised! He replied swiftly, communicated effectively and also took initiatives in some aspects that we did not require of him. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to any dog parents.
