Hello there! I'm Sera! Having faced challenges finding the perfect sitter for my dog, I understand the importance of trust and reliability as pawrents. I joined Pawshake in Feb 2024 and have had prior experience caring for furkids (See gallery for WA reviews) and have 2 years experience volunteering with local animal welfare group. So far, 14 breeds and counting~ Do note that I can only accept 1 dog at a time (max 2 depending on temperament).

In my apartment, your furkid will find a cozy environment to play and chill (See gallery for images). If it's best for the furkids, I might separate the areas to ensure they each have their own safe space. As my wfh schedule is flexible, this ensures that your furkid would have a companion although I may have to head into office at times for a couple hours (max 4-5h). Special pricing for Woodleigh and Bartley residences for Home-Visit and Walks.

In your outreach, please do also share more about your furkid's (i) diet, (ii) routine, (iii) vaccination status, (iv) sterilisation status, (v) toilet trained (pee-pad/ grass), (vi) any triggers for aggression, anxiety, or marking tendencies and (vii) allergies. We'll have a chat before scheduling a meet-and-greet 💕 My dog is our gate-keeper ~

Boarding Information:

- Daily walks (approx. 10-20 mins)*

- Free-roam with dedicated room for your furkid (if preferred)

- Interactive, supervised play time

- Periodic updates given to pawrent (i.e., photos and videos)

- Preparation of daily meals to match your furkid's routine

- Check-in: Before 12pm | Check-out: By 2pm (surcharge applies afters hours**)

-10% discount for at least 10 days of boarding

Daycare Information:

- Similar to boarding minus daily meals

- Check-in: Before 9am | Check-out: By 6.30pm (surcharge applies afters hours**)

House Visit Information (30 min to 1 hour):

- Maintain general cleanliness of pet areas (e.g., pee tray, cage)

- Feeding + changing of water bowl

- Dog walking, brushing, interactive play (as required)

- 20% discount for 1x Home Visit (only for Woodleigh & Bartley area)

Dog Walking (15 to 30 mins):

- Only accepting dog waks for Woodleigh & Bartley area

*Please let us know in advance on how to handle your furkid if he/she exhibits severe reactivity, pulling behavior, bite history, or have other concerns.
