"Viviane was perfect in her role as pet sitter.
She provided detailed information for each arrival and departure from the apartment, including video confirmation. She interacted with our cats during every visit, even though one of them is very shy.

"Due to unexpected circumstances, we had to find a catsitter a few days before our trip, and we are very fortunate that Yuyu can take up our last-minute request. 🥹 Yuyu is friendly and able to cater to our catsitting requirements, including spending more time accompanying our needy cat Miu Miu. As Yuyu also has 3 cats, she understands the psychology and behaviours of cats well and gave our other 2 introverted cats space when they were still wary of her during the initial stage. Yuyu updated us regularly throughout our trip and we felt that our cats were in good hands. We will engage her again if we need a catsitter in future."

"Denise is by far one of the best pet sitters that I’ve come across. She kept me updated with videos of feeding and interacting with my cat for every visit.
And my cat seems to look for attention from Denise, too after eating, asking to be pet and happy to be petted and pampered by her.
Since the portion of the wet food needs some adjustments as my cat’s appetite fluctuates, Denise is patient and flexible in her approach on a daily basis. We had an open line of communication daily during the visit.
She will be my top go-to pet sitter, and I would highly recommend Denise to take care of your fur kid."

"Katrina is super responsible! Right before we left, we noticed one of our cats had a skin issue and needed ointment applied every other day. We quickly reached out to Katrina and sent her a video explaining how to do it. At first, we were a little worried, since every cat has its own personality, that they might not cooperate or even resist a stranger. But Katrina was so patient! She’d first bond with the cat, play with him, and only apply the ointment once the cat feels comfortable. That made our trip so much more relaxing!
Plus, Katrina spent a long time every day playing with our cats, you could tell they absolutely loved her! And on top of that, she’s an amazing photographer and send us many adorable pics. My wife and I were love it so much!
If we ever need a cat sitter again, we’re 100% calling Katrina. Highly recommend her services!"

"This is my first time engaging a pet sitter. Usually I send my cats to boarding, but my travel arrangements changed last minute. I contacted Jerlyn after reading her profile and reviews. I need a sitter who can come twice a day and comfortable in administering oral medications. In the initial communication, I gave Jerlyn the background on my cats and outlined things that are important to me. Jerlyn addressed all my concerns and after exchanging several messages she came over for a meet and greet. I felt assured after our meeting that Jerlyn will be able to look after my cats, in particular administering oral medications. Jerlyn sent updates on the cats’ food intake, litter boxes, and meds together with videos and photos in each visit. After a few days my cats (who are scared of strangers) started warming up to her and she spent some time to give them cuddles and play with them, which I appreciate. I also had to extend my travel and was grateful that Jerlyn was flexible enough to accept my extension. Highly recommended and will look to engage Jerlyn again for my next travel. "
