"Once again, Reefa has proven to be an exceptional pet sitter! Her efficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine care for Loki and Thor continue to impress us. She goes above and beyond to ensure they are not just well-fed and safe but also happy and comfortable in our absence.
Reefa’s easygoing and understanding nature makes it effortless to trust her, and the way she bonds so well with our cats is truly heartwarming. The daily video updates she provides are a huge comfort, allowing us to see how well our fur babies are doing.
Recently, we changed their litter box to an open-concept one, and as expected, the tofu litter would scatter around when the boys sprinted out. Without hesitation, Reefa took the initiative to vacuum the area, ensuring everything stayed clean and tidy. This level of dedication and thoughtfulness is truly rare!

"We have been using PawShake for several years now. Being frequent travellers, we have engaged the services of several catsitters via the app. There have been good catsitters but many have fallen short of what we had hoped would be the care we needed for our cats.
Then, we had the wonderful luck of meeting Ellie who in every way is the epitome of a great catsitter. There was brilliant communication throughout, and she is wondrously skilled in engaging with our cats to play and eat well. Our cats tend to have separation anxiety but Ellie bonded with them well and in turn, assured us of their wellbeing. We have never been fully assured to leave our cats in anyone’s care.
Ellie has kept our house intact, the floors were clean and there is no cat litter or fur seen when we came home. After an 8-hour flight, there was no better feeling knowing that there was not much clean up to do for the house.
Indefinitely, we will continue to engage Ellie’s services for our future travels and highly recommend other fur parents to do so as well!"

"We had a wonderful experience with our pet sitter. She was incredibly caring and loving towards our pets, treating them like their own. Communication was excellent — prompt responses and regular updates gave us great peace of mind. We could tell our pets were happy and well cared for. She even brought Christmas presents for our pets ! Highly recommended!"

"Wen Xin and her husband was very responsible and reliable in caring for my cat. Initially, I had some health scare abt my cat just before I left and Wen Xin helped to follow up on it closely and even offering to bring him to the vet if needed. She also accommodated my last min request to change to two visits! Wen Xin take good care of my cat by playing with him and through the multiple videos and photos sent I can see my cat was very at ease with her presence and was well taken care of! Highly recommended if you need a sitter that will love your cat like their own! ✨✨✨"

"Nurul has been beyond dedicated in taking care of my cats! I could really tell that she loved my cats the same way she would her own cats. She is very gentle and is able to read cats' body language and give them space as and when needed. While other sitters could only deal with 2 cat lumps under my sofa for the most part during my trips, Nurul was able to win my skittish cats' trust (and even love) and get them to be out in the living room open space to play, eat and get brushed. My cats are so relaxed around her, they even offered her belly and butt compliments! In addition, Nurul treats my house like her own (in a positive way). She would help arrange back my blankets that my cats kicked off the bed, clean and fluff up my cushions after my cats vomited on the sofa and wipe off any stray poop or vomit on the floor. At the end of each visit, she would inform me of the condition of my cats' poop and pee, the amount of food they ate and how the cats are in general that day. Her daily updates were a pleasure to read! I am 101% sure that Nurul was the right sitter for my cats! Would highly recommend for pawrents with skittish cats and I will definitely engage her again for my future trips! "

She was especially attentive to my cat with polycystic kidney disease, patiently administering daily subcutaneous fluids, oral medications, and coaxing him to eat each time.
