"We have been using PawShake for several years now. Being frequent travellers, we have engaged the services of several catsitters via the app. There have been good catsitters but many have fallen short of what we had hoped would be the care we needed for our cats.
Then, we had the wonderful luck of meeting Ellie who in every way is the epitome of a great catsitter. There was brilliant communication throughout, and she is wondrously skilled in engaging with our cats to play and eat well. Our cats tend to have separation anxiety but Ellie bonded with them well and in turn, assured us of their wellbeing. We have never been fully assured to leave our cats in anyone’s care.
Ellie has kept our house intact, the floors were clean and there is no cat litter or fur seen when we came home. After an 8-hour flight, there was no better feeling knowing that there was not much clean up to do for the house.
Indefinitely, we will continue to engage Ellie’s services for our future travels and highly recommend other fur parents to do so as well!"

"Wen Xin and her husband was very responsible and reliable in caring for my cat. Initially, I had some health scare abt my cat just before I left and Wen Xin helped to follow up on it closely and even offering to bring him to the vet if needed. She also accommodated my last min request to change to two visits! Wen Xin take good care of my cat by playing with him and through the multiple videos and photos sent I can see my cat was very at ease with her presence and was well taken care of! Highly recommended if you need a sitter that will love your cat like their own! ✨✨✨"

"Bryan truly went the extra mile in taking care of Molly and Venti.
Before the booking day, he took the time to visit Molly and Venti to familiarize himself with them, which really showed how caring and responsible he is. He paid close attention to all the important details about the pups, especially their food preferences and routines.
I really appreciate how attentive and gentle he was with them. I’m also very sorry that Molly bit him a little, and I’m grateful for his understanding and patience.

They're usually shy with new people, but she seemed to build a good rapport with them – they'd come out to greet her when she visited.
