"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. "Thankful to have found a great sitter like Eugene! I had engaged him last minute but he was prompt in replying & arranged his schedule to accommodate my fur kids. He even offered pick up & drop off services and ensured the dogs settled in well and buckled in the car before moving off. He gave plenty of updates with pictures & videos over next few days at boarding. I could really tell my dogs enjoyed their time with Eugene so much so that they had wanted to jump back into his car when he handed them back to me 😅 Definitely a trusted, dedicated & responsible sitter! "I recently left my dog Peanut with Min for 3 nights. It is the first time we leave our dog with a pet sitter. Min is attentive and making sure that Peanut felt welcome and comfortable at home. One of the highlights of Peanut’s stay was the wonderful companionship of Whisky (Min’s dog), who is such a friendly and playful dog. Peanut has an amazing time running around with Whisky!
Throughout the stay, Min kept me updated with photo, videos and messages which gave me a great piece of mind when oversea. Highly recommended pet sitter!

I can’t thank Dora enough for the incredible care she gave my dog, Dixie. It was her first time looking after Dixie, yet she handled everything with such love, patience, and attention to detail. Dora went above and beyond, she even cooked for Dixie and hand-fed her to make sure she was comfortable and well-fed.
