"Tiffany did a great job looking after our cats while we were away!
One of our cats had a bad asthma episode shortly before we left, and we had to ask Tiffany to do additional work - adding medication to his food and administering an inhaler. She did a great job of this and even sent videos to give us peace of mind.
She also sent updates twice daily after each visit, with photos/videos - our cats seemed to like her! Cats seemed great when we got back, and litter and water were well looked after.
Overall would highly recommend Tiffany. For us the additional care and communication she provided enabled us to enjoy our holiday without anxiety.

"Ciel is truly the best and perfect cat sitter...in fact, I think she is a cat whisperer! My cat, Toffee, is a highly anxious scaredy anti-social feline...and the fact the Ciel could handle with ease proves that she's a pro with cats. Ciel is very punctual with my requested two visits per day and made excellent effort at communicating with me with lots of photos and videos updates. On a couple of occasions, Toffee even made a mess with his vomit (which I felt terribly bad) and Ciel helped to clean up and turned the place spotless again. She even took the initiative to refresh the cat litter box, creating a cleaner environment for Toffee. Ciel took time to interact with Toffee and even though Toffee was hostile towards her, she did not back out and spent an even longer time to help Toffee warm up. Toffee's frequent hissing and growling did not deter Ciel to continue soothing and coaxing him, which shows her incredible patience and brilliant cat behavioural knowledge. I would not hesitate to rehire Ciel as my cat sitter when I leave the country next because I know Toffee will be in good hands. Thank you once again, Ciel!"

"We had a wonderful experience with our pet sitter. She was incredibly caring and loving towards our pets, treating them like their own. Communication was excellent — prompt responses and regular updates gave us great peace of mind. We could tell our pets were happy and well cared for. She even brought Christmas presents for our pets ! Highly recommended!"

"Once again, Reefa has proven to be an exceptional pet sitter! Her efficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine care for Loki and Thor continue to impress us. She goes above and beyond to ensure they are not just well-fed and safe but also happy and comfortable in our absence.
Reefa’s easygoing and understanding nature makes it effortless to trust her, and the way she bonds so well with our cats is truly heartwarming. The daily video updates she provides are a huge comfort, allowing us to see how well our fur babies are doing.
Recently, we changed their litter box to an open-concept one, and as expected, the tofu litter would scatter around when the boys sprinted out. "Nurul has been beyond dedicated in taking care of my cats! I could really tell that she loved my cats the same way she would her own cats. She is very gentle and is able to read cats' body language and give them space as and when needed. While other sitters could only deal with 2 cat lumps under my sofa for the most part during my trips, Nurul was able to win my skittish cats' trust (and even love) and get them to be out in the living room open space to play, eat and get brushed. My cats are so relaxed around her, they even offered her belly and butt compliments! In addition, Nurul treats my house like her own (in a positive way). She would help arrange back my blankets that my cats kicked off the bed, clean and fluff up my cushions after my cats vomited on the sofa and wipe off any stray poop or vomit on the floor. At the end of each visit, she would inform me of the condition of my cats' poop and pee, the amount of food they ate and how the cats are in general that day. Her daily updates were a pleasure to read! I am 101% sure that Nurul was the right sitter for my cats! Would highly recommend for pawrents with skittish cats and I will definitely engage her again for my future trips! "

"I had a really great experience with Sushmita as my pet sitter while I was overseas. She’s friendly, kind, and very responsible, which gave me peace of mind, as this is the first time I left my cat behind at home.
She took great care of my munchkin cat, Dora, and even shared some helpful tips on feeding, along with recommendations on food brands to try. I really appreciate that.
She also kindly helped to feed my fishes and hamster. She kept me updated on when she arrived and left, and was always very responsive to my messages.
