"Cecilia is really awesome towards the furkids and had absolutely taken good care of my dog during my short vacation trip. She is knowledgeable about furkids (especially dogs). My dog felt so comfortable with her as well as other dogs during the stay. "Clarabel is thoughtful and meticulous when she took care of my dog, Jojo, for 4 nights. She sent timely updates about Jojo, like how she’s playing with her dog, Miso, and how was Jojo eating, sleeping etc. She is an experienced dog owner and hence also took great care of Jojo. She gave us some of her kibbles for Jojo to try as Jojo really liked them. She also prepped meals for Jojo when she didn’t feel like having the dinner we prepared for her beforehand. Overall, Clarabel is a conscientious trustable sitter! :) "

"Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "We left Buddy with Megan for a long stay (20 days) and were extremely happy with how everything went. We chose Megan as a sitter because she has her own dogs and clearly knew what was involved with looking after dogs. She also looks after other dogs and so we knew that Buddy would not be bored and have plenty of company. Buddy was on a course of medication when we dropped him off which Megan diligently continued with. She also provided us with regular updates so we could see that Buddy was having a good time. We will certainly contact Megan again next time we need a sitter."

"I recently had an exceptional experience boarding my frenchies with Stephanie. My first impression of Stephanie was fantastic. "I recently had the pleasure of boarding my dog, Ryo, with Maple and her husband, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. "Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Entrust my sometimes aggressive mongrel Miso in Xiuqing’s care and it was the best decision ever hehe was constantly sent updates on walkies, meal times and photos of her with other fluffies as well!
Always had trouble finding a sitter I could trust fully and who could take good care of Miso as she’s quite a character but felt so relieved and could enjoy my holiday without having to worry about whether my pup was homesick and feeling lonely but nope!
