"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Andrej’s family took great care of my dog while we were away. He also provided regular pics/updates to let me know how my dog was doing/adjusting to a new environment. He was also very flexible in accommodating the drop off and pick up times. Overall the experience was great and we’ll pick him as a dog sitter again any day!"

"We needed to find a pet sitter very last minute, and after looking around, we decided to leave our pug with Audrey, Hilary, and Irene because what stood out the most was that there would always be someone with the dogs 24/7.
Our pug can sometimes be nervous around other dogs, so I was worried about how she would adjust to the dogs in the house. But as soon as she arrived, she immediately started exploring the house and surprisingly got along very well with the other dogs, which made us feel so relieved. The dogs in their home were also senior dogs, so they respected each other’s space and did not bother one another. She also became clingy to them so quickly, which made us feel even more reassured that she was comfortable and happy there.
While caring for her, they took her on multiple walks, sent us adorable photos and updates, and genuinely cared for her with so much warmth and attention. Seeing her comfortable and well cared for gave us such peace of mind.
If we ever need a sitter again in the future, we would absolutely trust Audrey, Hilary, and Irene again. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her!"

"This is first time I used pawshake. I’m thankful I found Cheyenne to take care of Beancake. I can see that their whole family loved dogs and most importantly Beancake came home with no downtime and adjusted well. Cheyenne also frequently sent us photos about Beancake. "Rebecca has been a great petsitter for my maltipoo. She is very introverted and never got along well with humans or other pets, but she stayed well with Rebecca's care. Rebecca walked her everyday and made an extra effort to send pictures and videos to make sure that we don't miss her too much. We felt really comfortable with her caring, and I'm asking Rebecca to take care of our dog for another long home-away period in June and July. Thank you Rebecca!"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Janice and her family while we were away. Our dog Bruno usually takes quite a while to warm up to new people, but he bonded with Janice and her family almost immediately, which honestly says everything about the care and warmth they gave him.
It was so reassuring to see how comfortable, happy, and affectionate he was with them. We could truly relax on our holiday knowing he was being cared for so well and treated like part of the family.

"Capri is an excellent host and a genuine dog-lover. My Cavapoo had a wonderful time during his 6 days of boarding. Capri and her partner took great care of my pet and ensured that he was never lonely or isolated. She shared almost 80 videos and pictures showing how much my pet thoroughly enjoys his time at their lovely home. Doing so also assured us pawrents, a peace of mind that he was well taken care of when we were away. Capri was given a set of care instructions, and she executed them with finesse. Having a senior dog of her own, the duo had a bundle of joy chasing each other around their bright and cheery house. For anyone considering boarding their dog, you won’t go wrong with Capri. "This was our 5 month old puppy’s first boarding experience and although we were a little nervous, Mercury was incredible.
