"Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. He sent updates throughout the stay that keep my nerves at bay and comfortable knowing my dog is in good hand. Having Sophie and the other dogs around was awesome too, as my puppy needs to socialize. The space and the walks Raymond gave my pups was another plus in my book. So, YES I will recommend anyone who needs a pet sitter, or just for day care. Thanks Raymond!"

"Andrej’s family took great care of my dog while we were away. He also provided regular pics/updates to let me know how my dog was doing/adjusting to a new environment. He was also very flexible in accommodating the drop off and pick up times. Overall the experience was great and we’ll pick him as a dog sitter again any day!"

"Helene is a friendly and responsible dog carer. Over the 12 days of caring for our pet, we have regular updates, pic and videos. She also communicates and we can see her love for pets. We liked that she asked permission prior to giving treats to our pet. Macy loves her very much.

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Great service! Lynn is a pleasant lady, attentive and has taken care of my 1.5 yo multipoo, Poppy well, while I was away overseas. She updated me daily on Poppy's morning and evening walks and meals and playtime. Poppy has a great time with Yoshi, Lynn's poodle. Will book Lynn again if I travel and need a pet sitter. Thanks. "

"It was the first time I sent my dog to Sharon. She and her family had taken care of my dog very well and my dog looked very happy during his stay with her family. She even took the initiative to count the freeze dried nuggets on the 1st day of the stay and informed me that they weren't sufficient for all my dog's meals and would give him some of her cooked food. We felt safe and assured to put our dog under her care."

"Thankful to have found a great sitter like Eugene! I had engaged him last minute but he was prompt in replying & arranged his schedule to accommodate my fur kids. He even offered pick up & drop off services and ensured the dogs settled in well and buckled in the car before moving off. He gave plenty of updates with pictures & videos over next few days at boarding. "Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "Lea and Max were the best dog sitters we have ever had! Usually I'm filled with anxiety when I leave my dogs with sitters for the first time but I honestly think my dogs had a better time with them than us! "I have always used house sitting with 2 regular sitters so Juno can remain in a familiar environment while the sitter lives at my place. But whenever I am away, he tends to stop eating or pooping for the first few days. The last time this happened was 2 years ago and I stopped solo travelling as I simply could not bear to part with him for weeks. Now that Juno is turning 4, I decided to try cat boarding so he might make some new friends, both human and feline, and have a fresh experience.
Sonia’s profile caught my eye because she has 2 lovely cats, Bella and Zoey, and years of experience. What really stood out was that she only accepts cats from 1 client at a time, which would give Juno the time and space to adjust. During the meet-and-greet, Sonia and her husband were very welcoming and reassuring, thus I felt confident to go on a short family road trip.
During Juno’s 4-night stay, Sonia sent me lots of photos, videos and updates. As expected, Juno did not eat much the first 2 nights. He even rejected treats, and hissed at times (which I had never seen before), but Sonia was super patient. She kept on engaging him, combed him, played with him and kept a close eye on his ear condition in case it flared up while I was away. Thankfully it did not. She also shared her own experiences with cats and reassured me. By the last 2 nights, Juno was more outgoing, even allowed belly rubs, rubbed noses with Zoey and explored outside the bedroom where he was 'stationed' throughout the stay. While he is not yet besties with Bella and Zoey, I am very hopeful they will become friends when I board him with Sonia again 😄"
