"Christine was amazing with our dogs in so many ways. She is calm and understands dog behaviour and care. She managed their daily needs thoroughly as well as daily medication and emotional support. Our dogs were treated as members of her family and were extremely happy and settled. I’d recommend Christine in a heartbeat and thank heaven we found her. "Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"This is our first time dog boarding and we had a wonderful experience with Melissa, she went above and beyond with daily updates (pictures and videos) and even a video storey. Melissa cared for titto like she was her own and make sure to understand titto’s behaviours and mannerisms. We were so glad to know that Titto almost immediately settled herself in her new environment even though she is usually a rather anxious and nervous dog. Aisha and Ding dong were wonderful companions for titto to be around with. Highly recommended and we will definitely use Melissa again!!"

"This is the first time we sent our 13 year old Maltese, Riot for boarding.
Riot is timid and very attached to me and my husband. With Alan's experience and love, Riot felt calm and moved around comfortably in the new environment shortly after we left.
Alan walked Riot 3 times during his one day stay. Alan also shared updates and videos with us. We were so happy to see Riot spinning like a puppy in the video when Alan showed him the harness.

"Capri is an excellent host and a genuine dog-lover. My Cavapoo had a wonderful time during his 6 days of boarding. Capri and her partner took great care of my pet and ensured that he was never lonely or isolated. She shared almost 80 videos and pictures showing how much my pet thoroughly enjoys his time at their lovely home. Doing so also assured us pawrents, a peace of mind that he was well taken care of when we were away. Capri was given a set of care instructions, and she executed them with finesse. Having a senior dog of her own, the duo had a bundle of joy chasing each other around their bright and cheery house. For anyone considering boarding their dog, you won’t go wrong with Capri. "It was my first time using a dog sitting service, so I had a lot of worries and many questions. They were incredibly kind and patiently answered everything, and always responded very quickly.
Most importantly, we left our three dogs with them, and they showed so much love and care for the dogs. It was really reassuring to see how well they looked after them. Our dogs seemed so happy and comfortable, almost like they were at home.
We will definitely ask them to look after our dogs again. Highly recommended!"

"Jill is a very responsible and caring pet sitter. My senior dog has respiratory and anxiety issues, and she was extremely patient and attentive, keeping in close communication with me throughout. She also went above and beyond by helping with basic grooming; cleaning his eyes and ears, trimming his nails, and even giving him a shower.

"We boarded our dog BuBu with Siriporn for a week during our trip, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Siriporn is a very reliable and caring pet sitter. She took BuBu out for daily walks and even prepared fresh food, which we really appreciated. Her own dog, Milo, is a friendly poodle and got along very well with BuBu, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
What gave us great peace of mind was the daily photo and video updates. Siriporn is very responsive, communicative, and clearly trustworthy. We always felt that BuBu was in good hands.
