From the very beginning, everything was easy to arrange, communication was seamless, and they were proactive in anticipating Oslo and Ellie’s needs. The regular updates were such a comfort and showed how genuinely invested they were in the dogs’ wellbeing. We returned to two very happy, relaxed dogs—which says everything. "Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Jill is a very responsible and caring pet sitter. My senior dog has respiratory and anxiety issues, and she was extremely patient and attentive, keeping in close communication with me throughout. She also went above and beyond by helping with basic grooming; cleaning his eyes and ears, trimming his nails, and even giving him a shower.

"Capri is an excellent host and a genuine dog-lover. My Cavapoo had a wonderful time during his 6 days of boarding. Capri and her partner took great care of my pet and ensured that he was never lonely or isolated. She shared almost 80 videos and pictures showing how much my pet thoroughly enjoys his time at their lovely home. Doing so also assured us pawrents, a peace of mind that he was well taken care of when we were away. Capri was given a set of care instructions, and she executed them with finesse. Having a senior dog of her own, the duo had a bundle of joy chasing each other around their bright and cheery house. For anyone considering boarding their dog, you won’t go wrong with Capri. "Lea and Max were the best dog sitters we have ever had! Usually I'm filled with anxiety when I leave my dogs with sitters for the first time but I honestly think my dogs had a better time with them than us! "We selected Brieuc to board our English retriever Milo after visiting his home and meeting also his wife. They have a beautiful home. Could also straightaway see their genuine affection and strong connect with dogs. Milo was fully at home from the start.
Brieuc took care to understand his routines and mimic them to ensure he is comfortable. One of the food items I had provided had passed the expiry date and Brieuc picked up on this and went above and beyond to manage it. Video updates were of enough frequency to give us comfort that Milo was well cared for. When it was time to pick up Milo (after his 10 day stay)..I could see they were genuinely going to miss him and had cared for him as their own.
Really happy to have made this connect and we know now we have a sound backup in Brieuc if we have a need in the future to board Milo again.
