"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"We left our dog with Diane for one week while we were on holiday, and she was amazing! She took such great care of our pup and treated her like family. "Coco had such a great time staying with Christine for 8 days! She was so happy playing and socializing with all the other dogs.
Christine was also amazing at keeping us updated — she constantly sent photos and videos, and always let us know how Coco was doing, which made us feel very reassured throughout the stay. We could tell she really cared about making sure all the dogs interacted safely, and she also followed all the little daily things we asked her to pay attention to for Coco.
Not only Christine, but her whole family are clearly huge dog lovers, and we could really feel that Coco was being cared for with lots of love and attention.
We’re really happy with the experience and definitely trust Christine a lot. Coco would 100% love to stay with her again in the future 😊"

"This is our first time dog boarding and we had a wonderful experience with Melissa, she went above and beyond with daily updates (pictures and videos) and even a video storey. Melissa cared for titto like she was her own and make sure to understand titto’s behaviours and mannerisms. We were so glad to know that Titto almost immediately settled herself in her new environment even though she is usually a rather anxious and nervous dog. Aisha and Ding dong were wonderful companions for titto to be around with. Highly recommended and we will definitely use Melissa again!!"

"We had an excellent experience with Kate and her family. I left Maple in their care while I was overseas, and I couldn’t have asked for better support.
Maple has a specific routine, everything was followed carefully. I received regular photos which gave me real peace of mind.
When I returned, Maple looked happy, healthy, and relaxed. It was clear he was well looked after and given plenty of attention.

"This is the first time we sent our 13 year old Maltese, Riot for boarding.
Riot is timid and very attached to me and my husband. With Alan's experience and love, Riot felt calm and moved around comfortably in the new environment shortly after we left.
Alan walked Riot 3 times during his one day stay. Alan also shared updates and videos with us. We were so happy to see Riot spinning like a puppy in the video when Alan showed him the harness.
Thanks, Alan for taking good care of Riot like your family. We will definitely come back to you when we need to send Riot for boarding.

"We had such a wonderful experience with Jeslyn and her family looking after Teqi while I was away in Bali with my family. This was the first time Teqi stayed with them, so naturally I was a little nervous about how she would settle in. Jeslyn made the whole experience incredibly easy and reassuring right from the start.
One thing I really appreciated was that Jeslyn arranged a **meet-and-greet before the actual boarding** so that Teqi and Slushie could meet and we could make sure they were comfortable around each other. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure it would be a good fit rather than simply accepting the booking. Jeslyn and Alvin were both so warm, friendly and easy to talk to, which immediately gave me confidence leaving Teqi with them.
And Slushie deserves a special mention too! He is such a gentle and adorable dog. He was naturally curious about Teqi, but always approached her calmly and respectfully, giving her space when she needed it. This was particularly important because Teqi isn't usually very comfortable around other dogs. But somehow, she and Slushie co-existed incredibly well in their home. Over the few days, she went from keeping her distance to happily being around him, and by the end they were comfortably doing their own thing together. It was genuinely lovely to see.
Throughout the stay, Jeslyn kept me updated with regular messages, photos and videos. She was incredibly attentive to Teqi’s little quirks and routines. When Teqi wasn't eating, Jeslyn didn't just leave it at that — she kept her food aside, warmed it up again later and even gave her some of Slushie's home-cooked food to encourage her to eat. That was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how much attention she was giving to Teqi rather than treating her like just another boarding dog.
She also noticed and adapted to Teqi's walking pace, took her out separately when needed, monitored her on the camera when she was home alone and made sure she got plenty of exercise. They took her on some wonderfully long walks, and apparently discovered that Teqi absolutely LOVES running! 😂 By the end of the stay, she was so comfortable that she repeatedly refused to come home after her walks. 😂
Jeslyn was also incredibly patient with Teqi’s slightly quirky personality — the jumping, the stubbornness when she didn't want to go home, her dislike of having her paws cleaned, and her tendency to play-bite when she's excited. She took everything in stride and was always reassuring whenever something unexpected happened.
Most importantly, Teqi genuinely seemed to love being there. She became particularly attached to Mimah, slept comfortably, ate properly, relaxed around the house and clearly felt safe. Seeing how happy and settled she was made it so much easier for me to enjoy my trip without constantly worrying about her.
This was genuinely a great experience from beginning to end. Jeslyn and Alvin were wonderful, communicative and caring, and I could tell Teqi was treated as part of the family. I’m incredibly grateful for the care they gave her and would absolutely consider Jeslyn again the next time I need someone to look after Teqi.
Highly recommend Jeslyn to anyone looking for a sitter who will take the time to understand your pet, accommodate their individual personality and make sure they feel comfortable and loved. ❤️"

"It was my first time using a dog sitting service, so I had a lot of worries and many questions. They were incredibly kind and patiently answered everything, and always responded very quickly.
Most importantly, we left our three dogs with them, and they showed so much love and care for the dogs. It was really reassuring to see how well they looked after them. Our dogs seemed so happy and comfortable, almost like they were at home.

"Capri is an excellent host and a genuine dog-lover. My Cavapoo had a wonderful time during his 6 days of boarding. Capri and her partner took great care of my pet and ensured that he was never lonely or isolated. She shared almost 80 videos and pictures showing how much my pet thoroughly enjoys his time at their lovely home. Doing so also assured us pawrents, a peace of mind that he was well taken care of when we were away. Capri was given a set of care instructions, and she executed them with finesse. Having a senior dog of her own, the duo had a bundle of joy chasing each other around their bright and cheery house. For anyone considering boarding their dog, you won’t go wrong with Capri. "We boarded our dog BuBu with Siriporn for a week during our trip, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Siriporn is a very reliable and caring pet sitter. She took BuBu out for daily walks and even prepared fresh food, which we really appreciated. Her own dog, Milo, is a friendly poodle and got along very well with BuBu, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
