"I’m very grateful to this lovely couple for boarding our Golden Retriever on very short notice. They were kind, reliable, and clearly great with dogs. "We needed to find a pet sitter very last minute, and after looking around, we decided to leave our pug with Audrey, Hilary, and Irene because what stood out the most was that there would always be someone with the dogs 24/7.
Our pug can sometimes be nervous around other dogs, so I was worried about how she would adjust to the dogs in the house. But as soon as she arrived, she immediately started exploring the house and surprisingly got along very well with the other dogs, which made us feel so relieved. The dogs in their home were also senior dogs, so they respected each other’s space and did not bother one another. She also became clingy to them so quickly, which made us feel even more reassured that she was comfortable and happy there.
While caring for her, they took her on multiple walks, sent us adorable photos and updates, and genuinely cared for her with so much warmth and attention. Seeing her comfortable and well cared for gave us such peace of mind.
If we ever need a sitter again in the future, we would absolutely trust Audrey, Hilary, and Irene again. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her!"

"Sheri and Michael are genuinely passionate about dogs, and it really shows in the care and attention they give our two doggies. We loved the frequent updates, lots of photos and fun videos throughout the day from morning to night, which kept us reassured and showed how happy the dogs were during the 4 days of stay.
Both dogs were very well cared for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to board with Sheri and Michael again. Highly recommended, and many thanks from Wilma and Queeny."

"We’re incredibly grateful for the amazing care given to our poodle, Asher, during the 14 nights we were overseas. Leaving your furkid behind for such a long trip is never easy, but from day one, we felt completely reassured knowing Asher was in a caring, responsible, and loving hands of Jessie and Sue.
Throughout the entire stay, we received regular updates, photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind and allowed us to see how comfortable and happy Asher was. It was clear that he was genuinely cared for like family. His routines, meals, walks, playtime, and comfort were all handled with great attention and patience.
When we returned, Asher was healthy, relaxed, cheerful, and clearly very attached to his caregivers — which says everything about the quality of care he received. Jessie even went out of the way when the doggy diapers was not enough to cover the 14 nights. We truly appreciate the dedication, warmth, and professionalism shown throughout the stay.

"This is the first time we sent our 13 year old Maltese, Riot for boarding.
Riot is timid and very attached to me and my husband. With Alan's experience and love, Riot felt calm and moved around comfortably in the new environment shortly after we left.
Alan walked Riot 3 times during his one day stay. Alan also shared updates and videos with us. We were so happy to see Riot spinning like a puppy in the video when Alan showed him the harness.
Thanks, Alan for taking good care of Riot like your family. We will definitely come back to you when we need to send Riot for boarding.

"We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Janice and her family while we were away. Our dog Bruno usually takes quite a while to warm up to new people, but he bonded with Janice and her family almost immediately, which honestly says everything about the care and warmth they gave him.
It was so reassuring to see how comfortable, happy, and affectionate he was with them. We could truly relax on our holiday knowing he was being cared for so well and treated like part of the family.

"Both Hui Min and her partner XT went great lengths to take care of Bubbles who was being treated for UTI. It was challenging with the meds and new environment, but they were very patient and took care of Bubs like their own. Shared detailed progress with me everyday which was very reassuring. They even brought her on rides and to the park. But not without checking in. Very conscientious, caring, detailed and did own research so they know how to take care of Bubs when she's not eating etc. Bubs got on extremely well with their little dog Moku Moku and overexerted herself playing. This is what happens when 2 playful dogs come together! Thank U both. Bubs misses U both and Moku Moku! "

"Capri is an excellent host and a genuine dog-lover. My Cavapoo had a wonderful time during his 6 days of boarding. Capri and her partner took great care of my pet and ensured that he was never lonely or isolated. She shared almost 80 videos and pictures showing how much my pet thoroughly enjoys his time at their lovely home. Doing so also assured us pawrents, a peace of mind that he was well taken care of when we were away. Capri was given a set of care instructions, and she executed them with finesse. Having a senior dog of her own, the duo had a bundle of joy chasing each other around their bright and cheery house. For anyone considering boarding their dog, you won’t go wrong with Capri. If there is a Michelin score for dog boarders, Capri will be a definite winner. Thank you, Capri."

"Jasmine is a very good dog sitter, I highly recommend her! Our dog stayed the first time with Jasmine and it went perfectly well! Jasmine was very attentive and responsible, she took care of our dog and considered all the smallest details regarding her food, character, etc. She updated me several times per day with photo and video. "I have always used house sitting with 2 regular sitters so Juno can remain in a familiar environment while the sitter lives at my place. But whenever I am away, he tends to stop eating or pooping for the first few days. The last time this happened was 2 years ago and I stopped solo travelling as I simply could not bear to part with him for weeks. Now that Juno is turning 4, I decided to try cat boarding so he might make some new friends, both human and feline, and have a fresh experience.
Sonia’s profile caught my eye because she has 2 lovely cats, Bella and Zoey, and years of experience. What really stood out was that she only accepts cats from 1 client at a time, which would give Juno the time and space to adjust. During the meet-and-greet, Sonia and her husband were very welcoming and reassuring, thus I felt confident to go on a short family road trip.
During Juno’s 4-night stay, Sonia sent me lots of photos, videos and updates. As expected, Juno did not eat much the first 2 nights. He even rejected treats, and hissed at times (which I had never seen before), but Sonia was super patient. She kept on engaging him, combed him, played with him and kept a close eye on his ear condition in case it flared up while I was away. Thankfully it did not. She also shared her own experiences with cats and reassured me. By the last 2 nights, Juno was more outgoing, even allowed belly rubs, rubbed noses with Zoey and explored outside the bedroom where he was 'stationed' throughout the stay. While he is not yet besties with Bella and Zoey, I am very hopeful they will become friends when I board him with Sonia again 😄"

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)
