"This is the the first the time we tried pet boarding for Snowee and we were rather anxious at first. However, Kyler's professionalism in taking care of Snowee made us feel at ease. She provided regular updates on Snowee well-being and also specially cooked food for her when she sees that Snowee didn't want to eat the food that we bought for her. "Meng Chiang is a very easy-going and kind person and treats my Shiba Inu very nice. He gives constant updates about my dog and put my mind at ease. He also sticks to recommended routine. "5 star review for felicia. Hosted our Shiba Inu-Kairo with felicia and family. Junior the resident dog is very welcoming and even picked up toys to play with Kairo. Felicia and Sam both are able to handle, and provided 5 star care. Communication is breeze and after seeing quite a few dog boarders, it is really not easy to find one as nice, and professional dedicated dog boarders like felicia. Definitely returning for more dog boarding needs."

"We boarded our corgi puppy with Angela in April for 6 days and she and her hubby (Luis) have been the best care takers ever! Though our 8mth old puppy was super cheeky and always wanted to disturb their dogs, as well as bite anything that he sees, she still treated him really well. You can see that they both really have a golden heart for animals esp when we saw how they took great care of their own pets. She even prepared daily delicious food for my pup and my pup lovedddd it. They also make sure they brought him for walks frequently and when he came home he was always so exhausted but happy. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to board their pets here because they both provide immaculate service 👍🏼"

"Grace and her mom were such wonderful pet sitters. We left our two dogs with grace for a month. Grace sent us photos and videos everyday while we were away. Grace followed all of our special instructions for pet medication and walks and always answered our texts. Grace was very flexible with drop off and pick up times. We’re in Australia and our cats in Singapore and we felt so relaxed know they were in such good hands. She even coordinated with the company handling their relocation back to Australia. "Diana & James were the perfect temporary Mom & Dad to our Golden Retriever puppy. They really treated our puppy as their own, showering her with tender love & care. They always give regular updates to us twice a day. Our Golden Retriever puppy lived comfortably at their residence without any sign of anxiety. They brought our puppy on walkies twice a day & took awesome photos & portraits. Our puppy is healthy throughout the stay. There was once they showered her, and she looked truly enjoying it. I wholeheartedly recommend their service.
And yes, they involved our puppy in their CNY 2024 bai nian as well. That was so so so cute. God bless to this kind family of Diana, James & their beautiful dog, Pepper.

"Beatriz was AMAZING with our beloved dog a pug named Goose.

"Left 2 of my cats for boarding at her place. Her two cats were friendly with my cats after a short while and they seemed to enjoy their time there. Her house was very clean and spacious enough for the cats to play around and stay active. She provided timely updates on the cats' breakfast/lunch/dinner and can provide pictures or video messages on our cats, ensuring their safety at all times. She is also timely in replying any questions we asked. I would definitely board them again for our next trip seeing as she is such a responsible cat sitter."

"Saranya took good care of Sasha - our 8-year old Sheltie - and Toto - our 3-month old kitten. She sent us photos of our pets while we were overseas, which helped to reassured us that they were okay. This was especially important to us as we had just adopted Toto and were concerned that she might not be able to adapt. "No words can describe how grateful I am to Lester for being willing to look after our 8 months cross Spitz puppy while the family is away for a week. We adopted our puppy at 5 months from a sheltered home and did not expect our dog to be aggressive and bite Lester on the 2nd day of boarding. Despite the incident, Lester continued to look after our puppy like his own. As a sheltered dog, our puppy has missed his socialization period with other puppies. At the end of the boarding, he managed to make 2 new friends. We are very thankful to Lester.
